I first learned this game on deployment. We played this game non stop for the 9 month deployment. Highly recommend this game.

I already love this game but when I ordered the set, the game was missing all of the roads and instead game me two sets of cities and settlements.

Addicting game... Just wish that more than 4 players could play at one time. We make it work by having teams... My 10 year old even is getting the hang of it!

It is really a great game for friends. It is competitive, fun, and you will never get tired of it as it has different outcomes every time. I would glad to purchase the extension of it in the future

Great game and came with all the parts it should have (all seemed good construction/printing to me - no issues despite some other reviews I read). I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a fun board game to buy this. Theres a slight learning curve, but there is tons of content on YouTube and the Catan website to help sort through miscellaneous questions that will come up about gameplay.

I love Settlers of Catan! Great fun game that changes each time you play. Hours of fun. Does have a learning curve with knowing what cards to give to each player in a timely manner to not slow things down to a drag but once you have the hang of it, its fast paced. Highly recommend it! Great gift idea for that board game friend or family member.

Pretty good

This is a repeat buy on one of our favorite games that we have been playing for years now. I would highly recommend this game to anyone that enjoys games that take strategy plus chance with lots of player interaction all in one. The board is pieces of sturdy cardboard that you assemble into your unique game. The players pieces are made of wood. The cards are also thick like a nice deck of playing cards. Not paper thin or cheap. I know it seems expensive for an initial purchase, but you wont be sorry because this game will last for years and years. After you learn the base game pretty well you will be itching to get the expansions. I personally love the cites and knights and seafarers. I could probably leave the traders and barbarians but its nice to change things up a bit when you have been playing for as long as we have.
