I was afraid this game would require a Doctorate to understand as many of these box games do, but this one is simple, quick and very enjoyable. Wish we had bought it a long time ago. Cant wait to get an expansion; thinking Pirates!

This is up there with the classics like monopoly and risk. A must have!

I’m so glad I got this game for my 9 year old child. We had so much fun playing this game. It was more fun than Minecraft board game because it involved more interaction between players. I totally recommend for anyone who needs more family indoor activities.

This game has gone from fairly unknown to well known in the matter of years and for a good reason. This game is fun, and different each time you play it. My folks play it so much that their copy wore out, so I bought them another copy. I own this and several other versions to this game. My son, seeing how much we enjoy this game wanted to play, but being 7 he was too young, so we also got the CATAN Junior game, and he loves the pirate theme of that. This game is one my family plays pretty often.

Its Catan, one that is on the shelf of any true board game enthusiast.

This game is so much fun for adults and older kids as well. It’s a simpler and more fun settler type version of monopoly!
