> 24 hourWorks great on the under 5 crowd. But my 5.5 year old figured it out in no time flat, which is ok at that age. We love it and are actually here to buy more, but holy moly is it over priced.

> 24 hourAfter our Brother-in-law showed our 2-year old how to turn the lights in and off... our 2-year old started flipping the switch on as soon as we put home to bed. We cant rearrange furniture due to small room and sharing room with brother. Anyway, our little guy figured out how to take the cover off. Which is if no surprise to me and he is pretty clever. It was worth a try. Well made, but probably not worth it if you have a clever little one.

> 24 hourDo you have a curious toddler who will climb furniture, balance on beach balls, and even train your dog to hold still so her back can be used as a step stool in his never-ending quest to flip switches? Then buy this. Picture it: America, 2022. A third child, born during the early months of Covid, a cusper of Taurus and Gemini. Pandemic Toddler fears nothing and will leap tall buildings in a single bound just to watch the ceiling fan turn on and off repeatedly for hours. Redirection and the word no mean nothing to him. But completely encapsulating the switches? Works like a charm. Furniture is safe now. The dog can sleep peacefully. The beach ball no longer squeaks in terror. Buy this. Buy as many as you need. Buy more. 100% worth every cent.

> 24 hourPretty much what I expected it to be, and overall what I wanted it to do. The picture made it seem like it might slide open and close, but maybe thats just my imagination. Also, the top and bottom part is open, but itll fool the average bear.

> 24 hourDoes the job. I couldnt tell what to expect from the picture. I originally thought Id have to give it 3 stars, as it seems like it could be ripped off pretty easily. But one try and our 2 year old quit. Weve had it on for 6 months now without an issue. And believe me, that kid LOVES light switches! So this is saying something. We knocked it off a couple times carrying large items down the stairs, but it didnt break (amazingly) and is still going strong.

> 24 hourGood my daughter cant play with the switch anymore The only problem when I put it together against the wall switch it cracked a little bit with the screw I tried to make the screw tight enough but I guess it went too tight so it cracked little bit the plastic

> 24 hourI like the concept of this.. But I do think it is over priced. Not only that but mine came with a crack in the base plate part of it.. But I desperately needed it to keep my 3 year old from turning his light on at bedtime so I installed it anyways. I just hope it holds together and does not break more.

> 24 hourIt came in reasonable time, was easy to install, and works as advertised. I dont know whether it was necessary or not, but during the installation I held the face plate (over which the guard fits) firmly in place. I didnt want to expose any wires. Maybe the instructions should advise this. WISH LIST: a glow-in-the-dark warning to adults to leave the switch alone. Its near the entrance, and powers a device which should be left ON.

> 24 hourThis worked well until my toddler figured out that he could push a skinny toy (he once used a wooden spoon from a toy kitchen set) or a small block into it and push up the switch. The block got stuck and the light wouldn’t turn back off. That made us laugh. Toddlers are so clever! As a parent, it’s slightly annoying to stick your finger up from the bottom when you’re in a hurry, but that’s a very mild annoyance. After awhile our son stopped messing with it and it does the job.

> 24 hourI bought this for my 3 year old daughter so shed stop turning on her bedroom light when its bedtime. She thought that shed be clever and stack 3 pillows on the floor to TRY and turn it on, but to no avail her little fingers just couldnt reach up far enough to turn it on! Now the light stays off and theres no more late night parties in her room!
