> 3 dayWe have a very curious and mechanically apt 2 yr old grandson who just cant resist flipping the switch on Grandmas garbage disposal. This switch cover gave us the peace of mind to allow him back into the kitchen without strict supervision.

> 3 dayWhen our son turned 3 years old, he went through a REALLY horrible phase where hed fight bed time and wake up all during the night and refuse to stay in his room. A part of that was turning his bedroom light on and off during the night. In addition to supplying him with night lights, this light switch guard was the PERFECT SOLUTION! An adult finger can slip through the top to turn the light off or the bottom to turn it on; little fingers cannot. Not quite a year later we took it off and he leaves his light alone. He must have matured. ;) TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Greater than one weekPurchased this in hopes it would help curb the nighttime monkey business going on in my 2 1/2 year-old twins bedroom at bedtime. It worked just as I had hoped! No more shenanigans! Not much they can do in a dark room besides go to sleep. Yay! Easy to install and easy for adults to use. Not so much for tiny little fingers.

> 3 dayMy 7 year old grand daughter’s fingers are long enough to reach in and turn on add off the lights. Will need a new style of switch plate lock.

> 3 daySo far my 2 1/2yo has not figured it out. Definitely worth your money if you have a little one that cant leave switches alone. Super easy to install.

> 3 dayI wanted to love this, but it only took a week for my two year old to figure out how to find a toy skinny enough to reach the switch from the bottom. Was easy to install (and uninstall) and great in theory though!

> 3 dayReally easy to install and a must for my house. My son would wake up too early and turn on the lights and make a mess. Now hes in the bed because he can’t control the lights. Haha sucker we when!

Greater than one weekBought out of desperation at midnight due to a toddler who wouldn’t keep the lights off! So far it works. I can absolutely see how by age three, if determined enough, a toddler could figure out to insert something in the bottom to push the switch up. Hopefully we have enough time of peace until that happens!

> 3 dayThis was exactly what we needed and it solved our problem. We moved into a new house and our toddler son kept turning his light on after bedtime and he’d be awake until midnight each night. Now his light stays off and he has a dim nightlight.
