We had a bottom light switch that my 2 year old was constantly turning off and on, it was for the tv so every time he shut it off , it would take a few mins for the cable to load again. This works exactly like it should! He tried a few times then gave up , now he never touches it. If I had to use the switch then I could still use it without taking it off , it’s the little fingers that can’t reach the switch I like that it’s clear , it’s not an eyesore

Excellent product. Very sturdy. Easy to see how the switch is set. Great for light switches for lights out of sight in the attic or basement. Doesn’t have a cover that is hard to pry open. Clearly prevents unintended switching. Not impossible for an adult to operate.

Works great on the under 5 crowd. But my 5.5 year old figured it out in no time flat, which is ok at that age. We love it and are actually here to buy more, but holy moly is it over priced.

Perfect for our special needs toddler. Keeps him from staying up all night partying.

It was exactly what we needed for our son to stop turning on his room light during his naps and bedtime! Very easy to install. My boyfriend did it in a few mins but did let me know it was easily cracked but i think he just drilled it too fast or too much. Our son is figuring out already how to turn it on and off even with this but we will just deal with that when the time comes lol.

I ordered this because my 2.5 year old twins were turning their light on and staying up after I put them to bed. I had tried even duct taping the light switch and they would still get through it. This was SO easy to install and so far they havent been able to figure it out. It is really easy for an adult to access the light switch as you can put your finger from the top to push the switch down or put your finger up from the bottom to push the switch up. So glad I bought this!

Pretty much what I expected it to be, and overall what I wanted it to do. The picture made it seem like it might slide open and close, but maybe thats just my imagination. Also, the top and bottom part is open, but itll fool the average bear.

We had to rearrange my childs room to fit the toddler bed and the crib in there, meaning that the toddler bed was now directly under the light switch and my kid was playing with it at bedtime. This protector works great. Kiddo quickly realized couldnt reach the switch anymore and after 2-3 days gave up. It is easy for me to turn the switch on and off (after I got used to the cover). I like that it is clear and I hardly notice it anymore. I would recommend. I do think in a year kids fingers will be long enough to reach, but for now works great.

This switch guard worked perfectly for preventing little fingers from flipping the switch on our kitchen island. My 18 mo old has figured out how to open safety latches and gates throughout most of the house, so child proofing has become almost impossible. He knows how this switch cover works, but is incapable of reaching the switch under this cover because of the design. Love it!

My twins have eventually figured out how to unlock most safety switch guards. This was my 3rd try and it seems to be working. The design is simple...their tiny hands can’t reach the switch. The only drawback is the price. Way too expensive for a switch guard.
