Child Proof Light Switch Guard - for Standard (Toggle) Style Switches

We got this for our kids room because he kept trying to turn the lights on at bed time and it works great! It was easy to install and worth the money. I don’t know if it’s easy to remove because we haven’t tried to yet. I would recommend this product

Received this product a couple weeks ago. I purchased it for my 3 year old daughter who has autism’s bedroom. She would turn on the light and it would keep her up literally all night. We have purchased this child proof light switch, along with her night lights. And it has been a 180 noticeable change in her sleeping habits. She now knows, when the light is off.. it’s bedtime. And stays in her bed. She has not tried to attempt to turn it once. This has been one of the best purchases in a long time.

Easy to install and great for the gas switch some genius placed next to the basement light switch. No worries about accidently turning it off when I come back upstairs.

When our son turned 3 years old, he went through a REALLY horrible phase where hed fight bed time and wake up all during the night and refuse to stay in his room. A part of that was turning his bedroom light on and off during the night. In addition to supplying him with night lights, this light switch guard was the PERFECT SOLUTION! An adult finger can slip through the top to turn the light off or the bottom to turn it on; little fingers cannot. Not quite a year later we took it off and he leaves his light alone. He must have matured. ;) TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

These were so easy to install. I was going to use the original screws that were already on the switch plate, but the set that came in the package work better since they’re shaped perfect for the attachment that goes on the wall plate. Took me less than five minutes to install each one. I bought three of these. Easy to remove the outer covering when my little “guest” is not visiting and us grown ups can turn the lights on and off real easy,

its really good , it makes our life easier from constantly running around a toddler qhile.he likes to.turn on the lights that he is able to reach. The only thing is so expensive for just one.

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PRICE INITIALLY... BUT/..wow`!! it was worth every penny!!!..have 3 yr old who doesnt speak well.. was getting up in middle of night to play. and then wake up her sister.. I walked into their room the first morning and she just kept pointing and saying broken.. I said i know, because u need to sleep when it is dark.. SHES BEEN QUIET EVERY NIGHT SINCE..Thank u

These are easily one of my favorite amazon purchases. My toddler used to always mess with the light switches and now he doesn’t even go near them! He tried to turn my switches on and off and after he realized he can no longer do that he stopped playing with them.

This was a lifesaver! My 2 and 4 year olds share a room, and the 2 year old was constantly turning on the light while her sister was sleeping, so nobody could sleep. Problem solved!
