It didnt come with any basic instructions but once I got the jist of it i was able to check my coax so much faster! Good price for what i need. Much easier than messing with a volt meter.

Most all of my cable runs are buried in the walls and span several floors, terminating at an end-run location. Visual tracing is impossible. With this well-made tool I will now easily be able to identify a cable run.

Convenient and super easy to use. Saved myself a a service charge for the cable company to let me know which cables fed various rooms in my house.

Very handy. The previous owners of our house did not label the coax runs. Easy to sort them out with this tool. The tone is loud enough to be heard from two floors up, but the larger end also has a red LED to indicate that you have found the correct wire in the vent that you cant hear the tone.

Identifying a coax cable amongst a number of thrm

I used to work for a cable company. I bought this to trace the lines in our Travel trailer and found the tv lines in there to be hooked up wrong. All tv connections inside and outside work now

easy to use does a good job

Product worked as advertised. only con is the female connector is a little to big, when using it you have to hold it on the connection to work.
