> 24 hourThis is a nice case for the price. I never had any issue with smell or anything like that, as some have mentioned with this case and many other cases seem to have as a characteristic. Its a nice, semi-rigid shell with enough buffer in the lining that the zipper is in no danger of coming into contact with the Vita. It comes with two elastric straps that help hold the Vita in place on its side of the case. I found them to be effective at holding the Vita in place but inconvenient, so I cut them out. Looks no worse for me having done that and, so long as one remembers that the binding should be on the left when opening, there is no danger of having the Vita fall out when opening the case. My one small complaint is in regards to the four game/memory card pockets on the protector flap. When you put game cards in the pockets, there is no way to see which game card is which without pulling them out of the pockets slightly. Also, the cards will fall out of the pockets on rare occasion. I found a loose game that had fallen out of a pocket one day. Realistically, though, I dont know how they could make the current design any tighter without turning it into a chore to get the cards out of the pockets. Overall, Im pleased with the case.

> 24 hourIv had this case for a few weeks to hold my vita. I like thew case a lot i had a crystal case for it for the longest time and really just wanted something to put in my pocket. the only thing i didnt like about the case was the two holders that come inside the case to basically keep the vita secure in the case. I was afraid of it taring up my analog sticks. its easy to remove tho. And i rated only 4 stars because nothing in this world is perfect.

> 24 hourGood protective case for your vita. Quality is acceptable, place for game storage and regular earbuds. Also non bulky. There isnt room for a charger, Bluetooth earbuds and ,at my age, I need reading glasses and cant get them to fit in here. That however is not a problem because, that would make it bulky. The elastic that holds the vita in place is probably unnecessary. It would be nice to be able to play with the system in a cover of some kind without having to remove it, but this is the next best thing It works well, 9.99 is definitely a good price too, I cant imagine you will find something better for that price.

> 24 hourThis is a great case. perfect size, good protection, nice feel, and has clip so i can attach it to my jeans, bag, etc. The thing that i really cant stand is the awful smell. i had this case for almost 2 weeks and this smell still wont go away. i even try using febreeze. They also sewn in the SD card pockets so i cant even out my games in there like i should.. i used a knife to cut it a little so i at lease put my games somewhere. but doesnt change the fact that i shouldnt have to worry about this... if youre reading this, i HIGHLY suggest buying a different case from different seller unless you dont mind awful chemical smell.

> 24 hourFor the price this is a solid case. I have once or twice dropped my vita in the zipped case from about waist height and its still in pristine condition. The slimline, however, is a very tight fit in the case, and I removed the elastic straps with an X-ACTO because they had a tendency to push the Vita out of the case when I opened it. Anyways it works fine and the case protects it well. It also has a little flap and a few pockets for game cards and VR cards. Not really enough space for a cable or a peripheral, considering the Vitas proprietary has a power brick (I think you can just use another micro USB cable instead though). Anyway its a fine case and I recommend it.

> 24 hourThis is exactly what I needed. Its large enough to fit the Vita and a few games, but small enough that it doesnt take up much space in my backpack. The case is actually tougher than I expected - the outside is almost a hard shell. The inside is fully lined with a fairly soft fabric... you wont have to worry about your Vita getting scratched by the insides of the case. Theres a carabiner clip on the outside, as well as an attachment so you can thread a belt through it. I didnt want to buy the Sony carrying case, because its an open design and doesnt even protect the sides of the Vita. I didnt want to buy the Sony travel pouch because its way too big. Considering the cost, I think this is an excellent value for a no-nonsense, simple protective case.

> 24 hourThe case is sturdy but not 100% rigid. Theres a bit of give on the top. I always carry a soft cloth for my Vitas so suggest keeping it folded on top of screen inside case. As you can see from my photos, both Vita models fit inside! Its clearly designed for the newer 2000 Slim model, but the older 1000 model fits too due to the extra space at the top. There are basic slots/pouches for keeping mem and game cards. The case comes with a clip for fitting a strap or lanyard. The only minor design flaw are the straps - getting your Vita out is a bit fiddly, pulling them aside.

> 24 hourPlenty has been said already but I thought I would chime in with my experience. I like to take my handhelds with me as I travel but I also like to travel light. I dont need a case that I can pack 20 games, the charger and a can opener. This case is very sturdy and is very form fitting for the Vita. The system fits very snug in the bottom of the case and there is a piece of fabric that sits between the top and bottom of the case. This flap has 4 slots that are perfect size for additional Vita games. My only gripe here is that due to the small size of the Vita game cartridges there is the possibility of the games falling out of these slots. There isnt a whole lot of room between this fabric and the top of the case, but you could probably fit your charging USB cable there. I give this case a solid 4 1/2 stars, with the only downside being that the space set aside for game cartridges doesnt always seem secure for me, and it is not possible to identify the games without pulling them out (some sort of transparent cover of this section would have solved this issue). The case is very sturdy and very attractive and is by far the best Vita case out there.

> 24 hourIt fits the slim Vita well. Feels a little tight, but the Vita doesnt bulge out of the case. After a couple days of use, I do have some trouble with the case, specifically the two straps to hold the Vita; its really difficult to take the Vita out after its been strapped in. Of course, I could use one strap or not use it at all, but its there and it was annoying to try to remove my Vita.

> 24 hourI bought this for my son as he likes to take his Vita everywhere. So far it is a very good protective case. He puts it in his backpack with various other items, books, t shirts etc.... He even knocked the case off of his nightstand with the Vita in it and nothing happened to the Vita turned right on, works perfectly. I would buy it again, if you are going to pay $200 for a device then you might as well spend a few extra dollars to protect it.
