> 3 dayWhereas so many of the TV sized screens are bulky, hot and inflexible, this items is just right. The economical price is certainly not indicative of any reduction in quality. The warrantee is solid and the product performs as describe. Stands are sized and balanced such that they do not overwhelm you desktop ... very pleased with this aspect. Stands rotate for reading documents. The design is secure and well balanced and esthetically pleasing from all angles. If looking for a seamless panoramic view, at 0.75 these frames create a 1.5 break in break in picture continuity. These are PERFECT for all split screen business applications. Monitor mounts are VESA compatible and attach with four screws which are 4x4 (square) distance one from one another. The original mount and stand union integrate flush to the center rear of the monitor in a seamless design. The monitor mount receives the 4.75x4.75 stand plate and has two slots at the top corners for receiving two 0.5 metal tabs found on the stand. The bottom is secured with a push button clip.

> 3 dayThere is a glitch in hos it responds after sleep mode. The picture is distorted but cycling the power corrects the problem. Otherwise Im satisfied with the quality of the monitor and its picture. I especially like having the ability to change into portrait view for writing and editing. Good value.

> 3 dayOverall I like my monitor. Pros: - I love the ergonomic features. Height, tilt, swivel and pivot! - Text is OK. I code... a lot. Ill be updating later one after a year of use. Caveats: - I liked that it came with a DisplayPort. However I was sad to find out I couldnt use it because my laptop had a mini-displayport instead. My bad. I bought a mini-display port cable (Accell B143B-007J UltraAV Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort 1.2 Cable) and the image quality is a lot better than using the hdmi-dvi cable cable I had. Text is sharper, cleaner. - Still, I think text could look better. I remember reading some reviews here about disabling some image enhancement feature, which I think I already disabled. Ill double-check this and update if I can get the text to look better upon further inspection. - I also bought this monitor to be able to hook up my micro-HDMI windows tablet. For some reason (maybe the cable) the text doesnt looks as good as in my office Dell U2412M. On my office set-up I use and micro-HDMI to HDMI cable. At home, I first tried the HDMI-DVI cable but everything looks fuzzy with that one. I was disappointed I couldnt use a HDMI-to-DVI adapter as the design of the back of the monitor doesnt have enough room. Ill need an HDMI 270 degree angled adapter (which I just bought) to make it work. Im hoping for the best here. Is all of this too much hassle? Its for you to decide. Its all in function of your time and money to make your set-up work for you. Cheers!

> 3 dayI bought this not while ago, just couple of days ago. The monitor was delivered on time with good handling, including HDMI and VGA cable, and of course adapter as well. When I connected it to my laptop as an extended screen, it worked perfectly and flawlessly. The screen solution was at its best, high quality without blurry images whatsoever. This monitor was about right. It sits perfectly in my desk station without taking much space. Absolutely a must-have-monitor if you plan on extending your display.

> 3 dayMonitor has AMAZING color & vibrance with very little light bleeding. MONITOR CAN BE OVERCLOCKED ABOUT 20HZ OVER THE STANDARD. This may not be so for every monitor, but with an Nvidia video card I overclocked it to about 72Hz. Very Happy with all Dell monitors, great value for the price. Buttons are nice, not clunky and power button has a nice LED so you can turn on monitor in with no lights on. Turned it on and off about 20 times a day for years so it is VERY DURABLE.

> 3 dayWhen I first plugged the monitor in with VGA I was disappointed that there was substantial ghosting (i.e., text would appear to have a shadow). I had the same problem with another VGA cable, so I bought an inexpensive HDMI to DVI cable (this monitor doesnt have an HDMI input) which solved the problem. The monitor looks great, is really easy to adjust, and I love the portrait mode for when I have to read through long documents. If youre in the market for a 24inch monitor for primarily work related tasks (no idea how it would perform for gaming), this is a great buy.

> 3 dayexcellent quality monitors- I bought 2 of them. I use programs with lots of menus so I need the screen real estate. I did a lot of research and found this monitor to be great for graphic design. I have them mounted via brackets together and I am happy. The colors and brightness are nice and vivid. I also like that the screen is matte and not reflective. So when you are in a bright lit room you dont see yourself in the monitor, like a mirror. I have an apple monitor that is reflective and I notice that I prefer the non-reflective displays such as this one.
