> 3 dayPicked up a pair for as a christmas present. and they work fabulously. Colors between them were slightly off, but I have a monitor calibrator, which fixed the issue completely. They get daily use for office work and play, and not a single issue with either of them. The IPS panels are nice too, consistent from all angles, and easy on the eyes. the addition of tilt and pivot is great too.

> 3 dayLove this monitor. One of the very few that has a height adjustment (which I dont understand why they all dont have this feature). My wife has the same size display (from another manufacturer) and has to put book under it so its the right height. Performs well for everyday tasks (office apps/ internet/ streaming video). I have the 22 version of this monitor at work and liked it so much that I got this bigger one for home.

> 3 dayThe monitor is exactly as described. The contrast is perfect, the colors are vibrant, there are no dead pixels, and I havent noticed any kind of lag. The stand is perfect. It is VESA compliant and can rotate at 90 degree intervals. Of note, the monitor does NOT have HDMI-in, but it isnt advertised as such. It does have a display port, which is what confused me, but thats not worth taking a star off for. HDMI and display port are the same thing anyway, youll just need to get a converter cable (about $4) if you want to use HDMI with this monitor. So far its been a perfect addition to my setup: Zotac GTX650 AMP! Edition, This monitor, 2 Acer G206HL monitors. Everything about this monitor is perfect (as described).

> 3 dayNot the cheapest 24 you can buy. I did some research and came across a few nice reviews which were quite thorough. One in particular from the UK. Quite a thorough review. Well reviewed. What I like about this unit is the matte finish on the screen so reduced glare and the aluminum base styling. Needs to have a HDMI input but this is easily gotten around. Not sure why they provided every input but a HDMI. Now I hope it lasts a long time for the money I paid for it.

> 3 dayPerfect size for desktop use. Plenty big and yet not so large as to make you constantly have to turn your head to view. Excellent brightness control and color is perfect as far as I can see. No flickering or image problems at all. I have used larger screens and they were just too massive for me. All cables thread through post if you like. USB ports work as expected, of course I would like more, but there are enough. I highly recommend this monitor for desktop/keyboard set ups.

> 3 dayIf youre looking for a widescreen that can swivel to portrait or landscape, stop looking. This is it. Pros: Stunning IPS panel. My non-IPS laptop looks revolting in comparison now. This monitor has deep blacks and vivid colors. That might not sound important for your workday, but you will really appreciate the difference. The stand is amazing... it can slide up and down to meet your eye level, and it can tilt 180 degrees to become the perfect PDF reader. Cons: No standard HDMI port. Find out what kind of port your computer has and add the appropriate adapter cable to your Amazon order. I spent $6 on a DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable, and everything is gravy now. Spend the extra money and get this monitor. Seriously. Dont settle for a crappy stand.

> 3 dayI got this to replace a different monitor in a dual-screen setup, and to match the other Dell Pro 24 monitor I already have. I thought the one from two years ago was impressive, but this one is even nicer. I especially like the changes made to the cabling and other appearance from the rear of the monitor. The valence panel makes a big difference, as well as moving the USB port(s). At first, I was not sure if I liked that Dell took away the power feed and mounts for a speaker bar, but it is something else that gives the monitor a nicer look. The bezel surround is about the same width as the older one, which also surprised me. These are the type of monitors that are used for multiples quite often, and the bezel is the same width all around, but I would have figured that Dell would reduce this for those of us that use multiples. Performance and overall look of the screen is outstanding. The pixels are tight and accurate, and the monitor handles movement very well. The addition of the Display Port in lieu of HDMI is highly appropriate for this type of monitor, given its intended use. Im SO GLAD to finally ditch at least one of my DVI-D cablings in favor of the Display Port. Regardless, its good to see the VGA and DVI-D interfaces are still there if needed. My only real want or suggestion for the P2414H would be nice to have an external HDMI port available (or mini-DP at the least) for a portable device. My wireless phone will port to HDMI, and it would be a great simple solution rather than keeping an HDMI --> DVI-D adapter plugged into the DVI-D port. Maybe thats incorporated into a newer version already, but I was able to keep costs down with this particular model. .

> 3 dayLOVE IT! I have vision problems and my big concern was that the native resolution on a larger monitor would be too high for me to see, but this is perfect. The screen is super bright, the colors are great. I still have one of my little 19 square monitors next to it and it looks so dim now.
