Greater than one weekThe monitor is exactly as described. The contrast is perfect, the colors are vibrant, there are no dead pixels, and I havent noticed any kind of lag. The stand is perfect. It is VESA compliant and can rotate at 90 degree intervals. Of note, the monitor does NOT have HDMI-in, but it isnt advertised as such. It does have a display port, which is what confused me, but thats not worth taking a star off for. HDMI and display port are the same thing anyway, youll just need to get a converter cable (about $4) if you want to use HDMI with this monitor. So far its been a perfect addition to my setup: Zotac GTX650 AMP! Edition, This monitor, 2 Acer G206HL monitors. Everything about this monitor is perfect (as described).

> 3 dayThis monitor is perfect for me. I prefer a more square-ish monitor rather than rectangular-ish but thats how theyre making HD monitors so thats something I just have adapt to and live with. The black frame and the screen are matte (thanks to all who answered my question), and measures 21 x 12, the screen measuring 19 3/4 x 11 1/8 inch. Its a very attractive piece that matches perfectly with my dell Windows 7 and Dell XP computers. Its adjustable up and down, left to right, landscape to portrait, tilt forward tilt backwards quite easily. The power button and others above it are push buttons. The white background is kind of bright but maybe thats HD for you. I didnt need to adjust any colors, I plugged the hdmi port into my computers hdmi port and the other end into the dvi port on the back of the monitor, hooked up the power chord, turned on my computer and the monitor and perfect picture is what I got, right out of the box. UPDATE: 5/27/18: Almost 4 years later and the monitor is still in excellent condition. I have not needed to make any service calls, have not had any issues.

> 3 dayDiagonal measurements can be deceiving since they leave some leeway when specing these monitors. The previous 20 monitor was 20.5 diagonal - this monitor is 19.5, but the same width - so buyer beware - these are WIDE seeming, but small for a 20 monitor and VERY WIDE when used as dual monitors. Aspect ratio explains that. They set up easily, and I agree with all the other assessments - they are sturdy, well made units, nice surface, excellent features. A second complaint is that the USB ports are not accessible... they are in the same panel with the video and power cables... you have to reach under and up to find the port and good luck if doing so on a desk you dont have rear access to. Convenient, but not the kind of ports you can use for USB keys and such as they are so hard to find back there. The monitor has a single USB port on the back that is not inside that area, but it too would be hard to find blindly. These would look slick in an ultra modern setting. The access panel comes with a cover as well, but of course, you cover that area and the USB ports are even harder to get to. GREAT PRICE, but the aforementioned cons should be considered.

> 3 dayIts a really nice monitor. I like it because it has the DVI connections that are used by my video card (some years old now). Some of the other Dell monitors didnt have this connector. UPDATE: This monitor has now failed completely. The monitor was flickering and buzzing while *no video input was attached*. It is less than a year old. I cant even see the onscreen menus (accessed via buttons on front of monitor) Warranty replacement is through DELL. If you need to return this for warranty replacement, be prepared to spend hours on the phone. I was asked all sorts of stupid questions from a customer service rep @ DELL. I explained this 3 times to the dell rep who continually then asked me to try switching video inputs from my computer. She was just reading scripts like a talking parrot. Asking me this stupid troubleshooting script again and again. And she was very difficult to understand (English). UPDATE: DELL finally came through and sent a replacement. Im not happy with the monitor failing, but Im even more unsatisfied with the stupid DELL rep who wont listen; wantonly wasting my time. I had to explain to her several times that the blurred lines and flickering were happening *without any video input*. After sending a proof of purchase, now the replacement will take 7-10 business days, so Im told. will see what happens.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor in used condition as a 2nd monitor to use for discord etc. while gaming on my main monitor. The monitor was shipped promptly and delivered before the expected delivery date and is in very good condition for a used monitor. Picture quality is great. You can use it in landscape or flip it 90 degrees to use in portrait mode, which I do from time to time for certain situations. I like that the buttons are on the front face so I can easily turn down brightness at night and turn it back up during the day. Ive had this monitor for over a month now and have had no issues so far. I use this 22 1080p monitor as a 2nd monitor with a 27 1440p as my main and it looks and works great side by side.

> 3 dayBeautiful moitor. Works well with Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 Pro using DisplayPort connection. This is reported to be a good monitor for photo editing but I do that with a desktop Mac and a more expensive LaCie monitor. I have not bothered to calibrate the monitor because it looks fine for my purposes. Color photos which I have edited and printed from my calibrated system look right on this monitor so the factory calibration appears to be close.
