> 24 hourThese were great and did the job for a fraction of the price of having it done at a custom shop. I just ran a low water trickle when using the 400+grit. Takes a little while to do but so worth the effort for all that $ savings. Make sure to keep a low RPM on the polisher and the pads stay on the polishing disk/attachment without flying off. However do wear all the necessary eye/nose/etc. protection!

> 24 hourWhen I remodeled my bathroom using marble, I used a diamond router bit to round over the trim piece I cut, and then these pads to sand/polish the rough edges. This saved me a lot of money compared to purchasing marble trim. Plus I was able to custom size the molding so it would not interfere with light switches, door trim, etc. I worked with heavy rubber gloves and boots, because I sprayed water on the pads with a simple pump up garden type sprayer, and I wanted protection from electrical shock. Having extra pads really helped because the 50 and 100 grit pads tended to wear through prolonged use. This kit is way better than the comparable kit without extra pads.

> 24 hourAlthough the product does not mention this, I used these with a standard orbital sander and they worked quite well - just takes more time and elbow grease than the more expensive water fed polisher. The velcro back of the pad stuck right to the orbital sander and I sponged water on the concrete surface. Need to apply a fair amount of pressure to the sander. This is one of the methods recommended by Cheng and these pads are cheaper than the ones he sells on his site.

> 24 hourI just polished the front edge of my granite vanity counter top with this set. They worked great. Its the first time I tried doing this, so there was a bit of a learning curve. But once I got going, I was able to figure out how to get a decent shine. I did a little bit of both dry and wet polishing. It took a few hours from 50 grit to 8000. Would have given it 5 stars, but the last grit just couldnt quite give me that perfect gloss. And the backer pad hook and loop velcro would come loose every time I changed pads. Other than that, it was the best product for the cost.

> 24 hourThe Velcro came loose from the backing pad after approximately three hours of use, so I was annoyed about that. After I actually read the specs for the product I realized my grinder spins far too fast for these. Works great on an actual polisher. The polishing pads themselves seem fine, no complaints.

> 24 hourThis product worked great for me. I decided to try a do it yourself project to polish the ends of some scrap granite pieces in order to create some small tables for my patio recliners. After doing some research on how to do the work I found a reasonable priced polisher and these polishing pad and went to work. I used the dry method of polishing. The project came out great and Im very pleased with this product. Even though polishing granite is a pretty slow process and takes a fair amount of effort Im glad I found this product and tried it myself.

> 24 hourworked much better than wet sanding with 1000 grit paper, started with the 100 and worked up to the 3000. Removed stains and water marks.
