> 3 dayWorked on a piece of marble that was etched. Have more work to do on it since just doing initial test. But worked out great so far. Had to use drill since buffer I have did not fit the attachment. That will work better than the drill.

> 3 dayThese worked great to edge polish Quartz countertop I salvaged. Unable to match the factory top polish on a new seam. Not bad for DIY.

Greater than one weekFound these on you tube....searched on Amazon and was so excited they had them. Doing a fixer upper job for a friend, cut granite countertops to fit new farmhouse sink and needed a way to soften and polishe edges where I cut. These worked perfectly and was rather easy to do!!

> 3 dayFor the price performance is good. Dry pads almost always leave a bit to be desired, but I was impressed at the level of performance given the price. We will see how long they last...

> 3 dayOn glass headlight shields these are the only reliable abrasive, as I’ve learned (lots of silicone carbide sheets in the trash). Grades could be a bit finer. Do need to finish polish w/ cerium oxide or similar. Only downer: should have included mandrel for the hook-and-loop pad. Thread on the pad fits to an angle grinder—which typically turns at 3-4x the recommended disk speed. Which means this pad best used in drill (hand or standing). Which needs a mandrel to fit.

Greater than one weekThese polishing disks exceed my expectations. I use them to polish gems and minerals. It is much faster than the tumbler we have been using. I just shape the stone with the 50 grit and then follow up with the finer grit pads in order. I rigged a polish grinder to mount the pad holder. The rpm range was in the proper range. Then clamp the grinder so it stays put. I dip the stones in water often to keep them cooled down. I imagine I will have to get more 50 and 100 grit pads at some point, but the very fine grit should last a very long time. I am a very happy guy!!

> 3 dayI liked the price and its supposed simplicity..But, I had to get an additional arbor to adapt it to my Makita grinder. The velcro pads would not stay in place very well on the backing pad. I kept having to stop and reapply or center the individual pad back on the backer pad. In addition, after a short time of using it (45 min) the glue was starting to separate the Hook layer from its backer padding. Lesson learned, by reputable brands even if it means spending a little more.

> 3 dayQuite possibly the best stone polishing pads (or medium) Ive ever used... especially for the price. They are effective and durable. Id like to order another set/be a repeat customer, but from my experience so far it is unlikely I will need to re-order anytime soon! I added a picture of a Turritella fossil cube I am working on for your reference. Thanks for the awesome product!

> 3 dayThe polish pads are extremely dangerous. The velcro are so weak and it dont hold. The pads can fly out and cause serious injury. On my first use, the pad flew out in 10 seconds and hit my finger and I thought I didnt firmly attach it. So I tried my second attempt, pressed and ironed the pad to the wheel very hard, it flew out from my grinder in 20 seconds. So I was thinking maybe that just a defective pad. Then I tried another two, three and they all dont secure on the wheel, spinned out, one hit my face, luckily, I wore a heavy duty face shield, it left a big scratch on my face shield. So now you know, be careful with these pads.
