> 3 dayIt was great for the first month, then one day the keyboard shut off and did not respond with the software. Software is so bad and confusing too. If you are intrested in buying this keyboard go durgods discord, all you see is complaints and how the product is bad. Dont recommend you buy one.

Greater than one weekOut of all my keyboards, only my custom builts beat out the venus. The Venus is the best consumer board period. Great switch selection, solid build quality, VERY VERY good pre-lubed stabs, and good software as well. No complaints about this keyboard, great value for the quality.

> 3 dayOut of the box, the keyboard was good, I had to lube the Gat Yellow switches with Krytox to make it sound less scratchy. However, now the backspace does not work! Its been barely a few days since I purchased the unit. JAN 2022 Apart from Backspace not working, the keyboard glitches with switch freezing, and completely glitching after a while of use in Adobe Photoshop. I find myself constantly replugging the expensive custom USB C cable. The screws are absolute dog crap and Ive already stripped 2 of them because they came overtightened from factory. I bought this after watching several reviews notably of Bad Seed Tech. I will not recommend this to anyone. I wanted this to be my final keyboard after bad experience with 2 Razer products. But seems like even the Glorious GMMK Pro is not worth my money.

> 3 dayI can say that this is a great keyboard. In fact it is the only keyboard on the market that I really want; 60%, aluminum, fairly quiet because of the dampener pad, a huge selection of switches, and tap keys for a less than ideal, but usable arrow key solution. Which is why it is so frustrating that Durgod is leaving me in the lurch, I mean, I wont buy another out of principal, so I have to deal with this one, Along with my G Pro Wireless with a malfunctioning middle click. I am really tired of these companies and their warranty shenanigans. So what happened was pretty much since day one or so, cant remember now, the keyboard has been randomly disconnecting, shocking me (literally), making my monitor flicker on and off, getting stuck repeating keys, and/or the RGB goes crazy. It is often a combination of a couple of these. The fix is and has always been to unplug and re-plug the cable. At first I thought is was the cable, so I just kind of ignored it and eventually bought another cable. I usually pay close attention to this stuff within the 30 day return window, but this time I didnt. So after installing the cable, I finally found a pattern, it has something to do with electro static charges, as for months after I got this, every time I got up from my chair quickly, I got a shock, and my monitor would flicker once. I thought my house was just dry, etc... Now when I move to and away from this keyboard, I have to be very careful to discharge any static before I touch the keyboard, as if I dont, and sometimes anyway, the RGB will go funky, and the keyboard will go out etc... (see above). This happened in two different homes in two different rooms. I am also pretty sure this keyboard was responsible for shorting out an external sound card worth $40. I am afraid it is going to fry something else in my computer. So shortly after I got the new cable with no luck, I emailed Durgod about it and got one email back very quickly. It said Send address, we will express to you or something like that. So I did, and again, and again. No response. So I have no choice but review it poorly. I know everyone says this and never does, but I will update this review if they respond before the warranty period is up. I am sure I just got a bad one, but Durgod needs to make this right.

Greater than one weekThis keyboard is as great as all the other reviews suggest and I think people shouldnt be afraid to buy one. You really cant go wrong here. The stabs are amazing, the spacebar doesnt even sound like its stabilized at all - it sounds amazing. But here are a few cons Ive noticed: 1. The USB-C connection on the back is heavily recessed and none of my USB-C cables fit in it, so you pretty much have to use the one it comes with. I tried 5 different cables, including my braided/coiled keyboard cable and none work. 2. The lighting doesnt do a good job pulling off pure-white, but not a lot of RGB solutions do. 3. The font on the keycaps is not stenciled on the top layer, but is below, which causes light to be blocked by the stencil area. Its not super noticeable but its there. These are my first PBT double-shot keycaps so this is probably a common problem with most boards that employ this method. 4. The cherry blue .4mm o-rings work great to silence this board, but some keys (A and Q for example) act like the o-ring isnt even there. Perhaps I need to get some .2mm o-rings for those. Its possible this issue wont affect other switch types. Im using Kailh Reds. Anyway, this board sounds like butter. Its really amazing. I dont see any imperfections in the aluminum finish either. Its built solid, nothing rattles even if you shake it like a baby.

> 3 dayFirst, I love this Keyboard the build quality is amazing and I purchased with the MX Red Silent Switches or MX Red V2 interchangeable names from what I have read. The sound this keyboard gives off is amazing super quiet and just stealthy (switches will vary in sound but ALL will have reduced noise due to the dampening material under the PCB). The RGB is very bright, brighter than any Razer or Logitech that I have seen. I dont know much about how the keycaps feel as I replaced mine right away with Hyper X Pudding caps. The stabilizers are very nice and have almost no roughness to them due to being factory lubed. This software, though sorta difficult to find (Hera Keyboard Compiler) is a little weird to get used to but you can figure it out fairly quickly and does a nice job at being able to customize your keyboard layout quickly. The only issue Ive had is that my keyboard will disconnect randomly and then reconnect right away. About 90% of the time this happens so quick its non issue minus the sound windows gives for disconnecting and reconnecting a USB device. I have swapped out the original cable it came with and though that seemed to help a little bit it still does happen. Also the other 10% of the time the keyboard will lock up and I will have to remove the cable and reconnect it to get it to work again. Side note swapping the USB C cable with a new one turned out to be a real pain due to the recessed port. In the pictures it appears to be fairly large but in practice I had 1 cable that fit it. The others were to large to fit in the port. I have messaged the company regarding this and they have not gotten back to me. Due to the annoyance of this issue (actually it just happened while writing this review) I have decided to keep the board as a back up but have purchased a different board to replace this product. I really enjoy this board from sound to build quality but having a board that disconnects randomly is very annoying especially at this price point. I have heard that this is only an issue in humid climates but I live in the US and in WI and it is currently winter so Im not convinced that is the cause of this due to it being very dry out. In short if you dont mind dealing with this issue its a great board.

> 3 dayI heard about the freezing issue which made me skeptical about the keyboard but after a few weeks of using it I have not noticed it at all. I was prepared to deal with the freezing issue as Ive seen switching profiles being the fastest way to clear the stuck keyboard. The keyboard has so far been amazing to use and has an amazing feel. Lubricated stabilizers, aluminum case, bright rgb. The overall quality of the keyboard far outweigh the freezing issue as it can be fixed with a quick profile switch. Ill update if freezing issue occurs. UPDATE: I experienced my a key that froze and kept repeating as if I was holding it down. This is the first experience in a month of heavy use of the keyboard and switching to profile 2 fixed the stuck key very quickly. It is an inconvenience especially on a more expensive keyboard, but I still dont believe it to be a dealbreaker.

> 3 dayLet me preface this with a few things. I originally bought an Anne Pro 2 which comes to find out later doesnt work well with a PS4. It just turned itself off about once or twice, every single game. So, returned that to buy this after a bit more research. This keyboard is absolutely perfect. Got mine with Cherry browns and use it to play Warzone on PS4. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayIt works great and it super quiet which was just what I wanted. Only critique I have is the cord is a bit cheaply made so the board glitches every once in a blue moon
