> 3 dayComing from a Corsair K70, this keyboard absolutely destroys it. I currently have Kailh Box Whites in mine and they feel extremely smooth and tactile, miles better than MX Blues and Browns (which were in my old keyboards). Durgod also lubes the switches they ship the keyboard with, which is just a nice touch. I highly recommend this keyboard if youre looking for high end switches, keycaps, and build quality in general.

> 3 dayThis is a great top quality production mech. I love the sound of the Gat Yellows along with the factory lubed stabs, this makes a great sounding and feeling mech.

> 3 dayMine started showing the well-known freezing issue, which is a big, big issue. What would happen if you are an engineer and your enter key got stuck while you are executing a very important, dangerous command? I thought this happened only to me, but apparently many folks got impacted by the same freezing issue. Please search for the issue on Reddit or any other communities before thinking about purchasing this product. Unfortunately, I noticed this issue after my return period ended, so I was not able to send it back. I am just going to trash this out.

Greater than one weekPicked this up in box whites. First off, if you have never typed on box whites and you enjoy a clicky switch (even if you dont you should really give these a try if you havent) then these are the switches for you. They are not super loud like mx blues, they are not scratchy at all, they are super smooth except for the slight bump you feel when going over the click bar. Kailh BOX Whites are some of the best clicky switches on the market right now. They are right up there with BOX Jades imo. I actually prefer these because they are just so good to type on. They even work well for gaming. This keyboard is an amazing production board. The build quality is up there with any production board on the market. The stabilizers are lubed and there is no rattle to be found. The switch selection should have something for everyone here. If you havent tried BOX switches and are debating on this board I would recommend any of them. No key wobble here. The RGB is fantastic and very vibrant, and the board offers a lot of options and even custom lighting you can set up in the software (which was easy to download and use). The aluminum case makes this thing feel like a tank. My only gripe with the Hades 68 has been remedied by the addition of PBT doubleshot, seamless, shine-through caps. I am in love with this thing and will be using it for all of my work that I do at home. The typing experience is so satisfying with the BOX whites. I own just about every production 60% board you can buy (2 Ducky One 2 Minis, Vortex Pok3r, Anne Pro, Anne Pro 2, RK61, etc.) and this is right up there with the Ducky One 2 Mini and Pok3r. Heck, the Pok3r wishes it had these quality stabilizers. If you are on the market for a 60% board and dont want to go with a Ducky One 2 Mini, grab one of these and you wont be disappointed. Get some BOX switches and you will not be disappointed. I even hear in the future they will be offering even more switch options. I will not hesitate to grab another one of these when BOX Jades are available in it. I also want to try one with the BOX Reds. I have said it numerous times in this review, you really cannot go wrong here. It checks all the boxes. I will still use my Ducky One 2 Mini for my primary gaming board, but for everything else the Durgod HK Venus will be on my desk for the forseeable future. Only way I replace it (will never take over my custom) is when I get another Venus if it comes out in the color white and with Box Jades inside.

> 3 dayThe Gateron silent brown version of the keyboard is probably the most quiet non custom keyboard you can buy on the market and imo having a quiet keyboard is super important. Most keyboard manufacturers seem to think that people invest in premium audio equipment and headphones so you can drown it all out in keyboard clicking. You can get even more quiet with zilents, lubing each switch instead of just the stabilizers, and making a ton of other mods but you would have to do that yourself and that would probably increase the price towards the $300 range so for slightly over $100 these are a steal. My only gripes with this keyboard is that the software isnt intuitive and you have to use a ton of modifiers to use some of the keys since its a 60% keyboard so keep track of how often you use the keys it doesnt have before you buy (unfortunately their other keyboards either dont have gateron silent browns or dont have double shot keycaps) but otherwise this is a great keyboard.

> 3 dayReally great keyboard except for the random disconnects which happens about once per day. I really like the build quality and how typing feels with the gateron reds. Unfortunately due to the keyboard requiring reconnecting it once per day I will be returning and going to grab a mecha mini.

> 3 dayFirst, I love this Keyboard the build quality is amazing and I purchased with the MX Red Silent Switches or MX Red V2 interchangeable names from what I have read. The sound this keyboard gives off is amazing super quiet and just stealthy (switches will vary in sound but ALL will have reduced noise due to the dampening material under the PCB). The RGB is very bright, brighter than any Razer or Logitech that I have seen. I dont know much about how the keycaps feel as I replaced mine right away with Hyper X Pudding caps. The stabilizers are very nice and have almost no roughness to them due to being factory lubed. This software, though sorta difficult to find (Hera Keyboard Compiler) is a little weird to get used to but you can figure it out fairly quickly and does a nice job at being able to customize your keyboard layout quickly. The only issue Ive had is that my keyboard will disconnect randomly and then reconnect right away. About 90% of the time this happens so quick its non issue minus the sound windows gives for disconnecting and reconnecting a USB device. I have swapped out the original cable it came with and though that seemed to help a little bit it still does happen. Also the other 10% of the time the keyboard will lock up and I will have to remove the cable and reconnect it to get it to work again. Side note swapping the USB C cable with a new one turned out to be a real pain due to the recessed port. In the pictures it appears to be fairly large but in practice I had 1 cable that fit it. The others were to large to fit in the port. I have messaged the company regarding this and they have not gotten back to me. Due to the annoyance of this issue (actually it just happened while writing this review) I have decided to keep the board as a back up but have purchased a different board to replace this product. I really enjoy this board from sound to build quality but having a board that disconnects randomly is very annoying especially at this price point. I have heard that this is only an issue in humid climates but I live in the US and in WI and it is currently winter so Im not convinced that is the cause of this due to it being very dry out. In short if you dont mind dealing with this issue its a great board.
