> 24 hourWorks great. Cut about 1/4” off of the funnel where it attaches to the gas can, and made it substantially easier to install and remove.

> 24 hourIt takes a twist to get the funnel in place. But once there, the angle makes it easy to fill your 4-wheeler or other machine on the side.

> 24 hourI like the canister. I wasnt sure at first. I know theres a way to take the top off completely when re-filling. I cant figure it out, so I just hold it open when filling it. The only thing I would change is I would make it hold an even 5 gallons. I find I need to stop not long after I hit 4 gallons at the pump. It might hold 4.5 gallons. I appreciate the safety features, like the seal and how it auto-releases fumes that build up. This is way better than the safety feature plastic containers. I really miss the old ones. I always spill with the new plastic ones, but not with this one. Much better for pouring, although a bit bulky and if its fully filled with 4 gallons I can see younger folk (teenagers fueling the mower before cutting) or women possibly having trouble holding it steady while pouring. Maybe Im just weak. I dont know. I still like it a lot.

> 24 hourThese metal gas cans are so much easier to use than the plastic gas cans.

> 24 hourGreat gas can. I’ve had one for about 5 years and just got my second one. I recommend storing it above the floor. My first one rusted from being on the concrete floor of my shop. I now set it on top of some 2x4 pieces to keep the bottom dry.

> 24 hourWe have two Off-Road vehicles. This can is sturdy and so easy to use. Compared to other gas cans this is so easy to use without leaking. I just put a couple gallons in the car, it works well for that task. A little heavy when full, but five gallons of gas is heavy on its own. Much prefer this Metal container rather than plastic.

> 24 hourIMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Do not use galvanized containers--diesel fuel stored in galvanized containers reacts with zinc coating in the container to form zinc flakes. If fuel contains water, a zinc gel will also form. The gel and flakes will quickly plug fuel filters and damage fuel injectors and fuel pumps. This is straight from the John Deere manual. The same information is all over the internet that diesel fuel should not be stored in galvanized steel containers. Its ridiculous they sell this can as a diesel can.
