> 3 dayI have seen a lot of review for this can accusing it to be cheaply made or not the kind of quality their father/grandfather had. Well that simply doesnt exist anymore and having used a old school can in the past I can safely say this one is much easier. Look at the competition of this can and the safety features they posesss. They cause more spills and problems then the eagle can. With this can one simply squeezes the handle and it opens. No convoluted turning and pushing on the device your trying to fill, just straight forward like it should be. As pictured the funnel fits nicely into the mouth of the can and works as a spout. Please dont be scared by the naysayers, its simple and it works.

> 3 dayThere is no vent so if you squeeze the handle too fast gas blows gas all over you and all over the ground. Very disappointed and consider this dangerous!!!! Also, the plastic spouts have to be removed every time you fill them up, which Im sure will weaken and eventually break the plastic.

> 3 dayIve used a lot of different gas cans over the years. Seems like every time I need a new one, the EPA has stated how horrible the last model was... that they mandated because the one they mandated before that was horrible. This is finally one that works. Kind of a pain to use the first few times (you have to take the collar/ funnel off to fill it, then put it back on to use it). After using a few times, its awesome. Best can Ive had in 30 yrs. I use red for gas, green for mix (since I dont ever put diesel in cans).

Greater than one weekVery well made. Purchased two cans and very pleased with both. On board storage of the funnel is the only thing that could be improved. Price is outstanding, best that I have come across in weeks of searching local and internet sites.

> 3 dayFor 8 more dollars than a price of a plastic one it wont crack or warp due to heat from the sun.

> 3 dayDont bother with any of the plastic gas cans, this just works. Use it to fill up our 18ft boat, the funnel works great both attached and detached. Seals up super tight, had it sitting in my truck for the whole weekend and didnt smell a wiff of gas. Only thing to note, depending on your filling location you may need a more flexible funnel or some tubing to attach to the end of the funnel that comes with it to make it easier.
