    This gas can is strong and looks safe. I cant figure out the yellow funnel if it is supposed to be a part of the can or not. Anyhow, Its not important and I set it aside and use a large funnel I already had.

    Replaced two plastic, leaking gas cans with this metal safety can. This can is worth every penny. I have probably purchased 3 or more plastic gas cans in the last 5 years. All ended up malfunctioning and/or leaking. If I add up the $$$ spent on those it would be more than what I paid for this sturdy, convenient gas can. Great idea adding the funnel. Used this can the majority of the summer and it made gassing up the mower a quick and very neat task. I expect it to last a long time.

    FIRST -- MAKE SURE you open the can to ventilate it, before your pour!!!! I LOVE this can. The cap really works and seals well. So well that, on a warmer day, if you go to pour the gas before you ventilate the can, it sprays all over the place. (MAKER - PLEASE ADD WARNING ON TOP OF CAN! I HAS TO THROW AWAY SHOES THAT WERE RUINED!!! THANK GOD IT DIDNT GO IN MY EYES!) Matter of fact - send me another can free since I had to toss my shoes please. :}

    This can is so much easier to pour than the aggravating plastic cans. Will be buying these gas cans from now on.

    Considering any problem with this was caused by the federal government - I cant blame Eagle . Its annoying to use, but Im sure others are worse. Its probably not possible to put gas into a car with this stupid spout, thankfully I have 2 gallon pre-EPA cans, so I would just pour from this into one of those cans - the hydrocarbons would be flying though. An unnecessary transfer of gas from one can into another.

    I bought this five gallon gas can because my previous 1 gallon can was not nearly sufficient to use on my gas generator when the power went out recently on the East Coast. This size can completely fill my generator so that it will run the entire day (12 hours) without needing a refill. When its hard to get to gas stations, the last thing you want to do is to go back several times to fill the gas can. Sturdy, not too heavy (except when filled with gas), good safety features, and best of all it comes with a funnel you can attach or detach as needed. Thats key, as my previous can didnt have a funnel, and more gas spilled than made it into the generator and lawn mower. Quick delivery as well.
