> 24 hourOrdered this fire blanket to have on hand for emergency use. I like how it is packaged in a bright red vinyl case to be easy to find when you need it, and very sturdy with an easy to open velcro closure. Its compact enough that it fits perfectly in one of my utensil drawers next to the range top of my oven - it will be at my fingertips if / when needed. For the low price this blanket is giving me a lot of peace of mind. Recommended.

> 24 hourI have put one under the kitchen sink, one in the garage, and one in the camping trailer. Hopefully I never need to use it- but this is a much lighter weight, and cleaner option for a small fire than using an extinguisher!

> 24 hourI keep one in our truck, one or two in the kitchen, and keep them easy to access in any area (my shop) where an open flame is being used. Easy to grasp and remove from hanging storage, unfold and quickly deploy. I use one when Ive done some landscaping burns on our meadow for use in managing the work and having another fire snuffing tool at hand. Very effective.

> 24 hourI found this set to be quite nice. The fire blanket looks to be sturdy and well made. Though I hope I will never have to use this, I believe that if I do, this will help to either put out the fire or keep what is wrapped in it safe. The size is great for smothering a small fire or for wrapping a child in it. Looking at it, I believe I could wrap my young 4 year old in it and keep him safe from any flames if needed. It is also nice that this came in a four pack for it allows you to store them at strategic places within the home or even keep one in your vehicle while also around the home.

> 24 hourThis is one of the items you. It with the hopes of never needing them. I have a few other fire blankets from a different source. These seem comparable so I am assuming they are made well.

> 24 hourI hope I never have to put these to the test but they seem to be made of a heavy material that should drape well and conform nicely to whatever you lay it on. I would think that should help block the oxygen away from the burning surface, which would help extinguish the flames.

> 24 hourHopefully these are never needed. But taking them out of the bag and trying them out they are NOT itchy and are flexible and thick. They will definitely keep you safe for long enough that in case there is a fire you will have a few min to get out to a safe spot.

> 24 hourI sure wish I had this 20 years ago! I stupidly almost burned our apartment down when I left something on the stove. When I saw this, I just had to get it. Hopefully, we will never have to use it, ever. For peace of mind, every household should have one or two. The material is woven, and it feels somewhat soft. When you first take it out of its bag, it does have a plasticky smell, but its not too bad. Naturally, of course I havent used it to say how good it is, and hopefully I wont find out! Again, every household use have one.

> 24 hourI ordered this fire blanket and I keep it in my kitchen area. You never want to use it, but youll be prepared in case of need. Pull it out, place on fire, and stay safe and at ease. Every home should have at least one in their kitchen. I actually would like several more to put into each bedroom. This would be great to have in an emergency kit. Worth the investment for safety first.

> 24 hourSturdy product. I have not actually used in the setting of a large fire but I did try holding a small flame to it. Material is sturdy and, as described, was not ignited by the flame. I highly recommend this item; it is something that should be on hand. Especially if you have little kids.
