I tried everything I knew to do, that didnt involve losing over 4tb of data, and having to reinstall $10,000 in software, burning up a license transfer, on the programs that even have one left, by ProTools, couldnt afford a new license, and losing, oh 35 bands or sos masters? Ive since set up a raid backup, wont happen again. I didnt even know the stupid box still has the wifi card in a slot. Was disabled, but she knew enough to enable it I guess. The instructions actually instruct with easy step by step instructions, clearly written with no technical terms to interpret. It works, its easy. I havent spoken to the Support Team, but I assume they would help if it was difficult for someone with little PC knowledge.

I used it on my laptop that I had forgotten my password and was able to get everything I was looking for.

Worked as stated. Took sometime to figure it out but got computer unlocked within an hours time.

This was a waste of money. It didnt work lmk on my HP mini with Windows 7 Starter. Now I have a useless computer and a Ezalink password recovery flash drive.
