This device works as promised and saved a lot of time so well worth the cost. If you only needed it one time it is still worth it. Instead of having to reformat a win 7 machine I can use it and do a free Win 10 upgrade and it saves the most precious commodity any of us have which is time :)

First bag came opened and empty,!!! Second came. Does not work , still Being bothered to pay for 2nd shipment ( 2 payments ) instead of just replacing for free !2 charges for 1 piece of crap

Did not work after multiple tries. Tried the premium customer support a few times. No support there. Returning this item and definitely will not recommend it.
