Really impressive. Easy to use for my 75 year old parents, excellent quality, and the AI in the camera allows them all to be in the room and get on screen! Love it

When I spoke with people at the store it was my understanding that I would be able to hook and connect up with my existing Amazon speakers throughout the house. So far that doesn’t seem to work otherwise it’s a great product.

I kinda really liked the portal in a way but in another way I find it not very functionable and it doesn’t leave your picture on for very long I find that you have to really go in several times to get it started plug it in unplug and plug it in and unplug it I paid such a lot of money for something that I can’t even use and I’m really really disappointed with it I’ve called Customer Service and asked him about it about the portal why doesn’t the picture all the time stay on and they told me that I needed to go in and take care of it with the settings which I’ve tried to do but it doesn’t seem to work so right now I am very very disappointed and I do not recommend it hopefully when they make a new one it will be better I’m out $195 for something that doesn’t even work and it really really disappoints me I wish that I could get a refund and it would be greatly appreciated I’ll even send the portal back I still have the original box and everything if someone could reach out to me that would be great my name is Tammy Cavers I purchased this item in January 2022

The video on zoom is great, but there is not an option to share screen when using zoom.

I love it! It’s not a full service Alexa but I love it! We got the big one because my husband was deployed when our baby girl was only 5 months old she is able to clearly see daddy on the big screen and has made this so much better for all of us!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and we love it. I can visit with my grandsons and see my new granddaughter in full screen rather than on the little camera on her phone. It is hard to explain all of the great things it can do because it is at my daughters house in Alaska, but my grandsons can call me anytime and we video chat to our hearts content even though we are many miles apart.

This product is excellent. We purchased it for an elderly family member at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, and it has helped her to feel included in family get togethers. The speaking features make it so she does not have to type on it, which is perfect for those with limited eye sight. It is very large, and the rotating feature makes it easy for people all of levels of technological knowledge. Excellent product

This is our 3rd portal we love it so much. We gifted our other 2 to our niece and nephew who visited on different occasions. Like my son, they were obsessed with it dont have Amazon where theyre from. Were able to keep in touch with our family via messenger and Whatsapp while all being logged into our separate accounts. The photos of our choices are displayed on the screen when its not being used. Im also able to join zoom for our club meetings and change my background. My son and I call his cousins and read stories to them. There are so many to choose from. We also have lots of silly filters and cool backgrounds to use while on the videos calls. The camera follows you wherever you go, and you can change that if you want to. The audio gets so loud. And the portal is very solid!! Highly recommend it.

Was not what was advertised. It was supposed to be new and it came in a plastic bag with no power cord or anything else.
