FakeTV FTV-11 Extra Bright Burglar Deterrent Television Simulator

Works perfectly. It’s exactly what I needed for my house.

I started using this because my neighborhood has had a recent rash of burglaries just after dark. I am using it with a digital timer (set to random within the early evening hour parameters) to avoid some of the concerns expressed by previous users. While I have no idea how long either the burglaries or the timer or the Fake TV will last, so far, so good. I went outside my window one evening and sure enough, through the closed slats of my shutters, it certainly appeared as though someone was home watching a flat screen television.

A little more than what I wanted to spend but it works great. Much smaller than anticipated and good build quality. It really look like the TV is on. Very pleased.

From the outside, it looks real. Someone tried to break into our house on Thanksgiving, we have done so much to the house and we feel this will help.

Used this FakeTV extra bright on a 15 day trip. It was bright and was working when I returned.

Whoever thought of this is a smartie. Works great and I have to think it would deter your casual walk-by thief. Ive got these in my homes and bought them for Christmas presents for my family. They all love em.

Great product when you are leaving home for a few days. Mate it to a timer and you are all set. From the outside it projects all the elements of someone watching TV.

I have the first one and I can actually see this one through the blinds on the second story. So I recommend this one if you intend for someone outside to actually see it.

Really liked the way it appears that channels are being changed in the house. That was a great feature and I’m really glad I bought this product

for home protection. Cheap. Easy to use. Inexpensive to operate. Effective protection when you are away from home. We have 2 and leave on when we are out of town.
