> 24 hourI used Neutral Resolene to refresh few of my Brahmin purses back in, probably, 2019, and it worked wonders!.. One layer would add a very nice shine to the leather, and the second layer would make it almost too glossy, so I used the second layer only for the accents of the Brahmin texture. So, naturally, when I decided to refresh one of my purses just recently, I had no doubt what product to buy for that, right?... Wrong. The Neutral Resolene I just purchased added no gloss to the leather whatsoever after first application, and barely noticeable one after five. Bottom line: the product quality went way down, very disappointing. Did not achieve the expected look, searching for a better product now. No more trust in Resolene...

> 24 hourI recently got into leatherworking, and I had no idea how I was going to seal the work that I did. The Acrylic Resolene is very flexible and so far *knock on wood* hasnt caused any cracking in the leather. It is a very strong smell, so work in a ventilated area, or at least away from anyone you want to ever speak to you again. My problem with this product is that it says use long strokes with a damp applicator to avoid tacky build up, but it doesnt suggest a number of times you should apply it and one application doesnt cut it. I restored my grandpas leather bag, and after lots of testing on other projects, I think 3 coats is the magic number, at least for me.

> 24 hourThe leather finish really seals off the leather although it darkens the leather a little. Seems like it gives protection to the piece. With a ittle time well see how it works.

> 24 hourI purchased the Fiebings Clear Acrylic Resolene as a top coat for my recently redyed leather couch. The product is wonderful. I started with a Leather Max Tan Kit, as the couch is a camel color-- I knew Id have to blend a custom color (btw HIGHLY recommended this product too). I allowed 24 hrs for the Leather Max to cure, per instructions. The next day I used the clean Leather Max sponge to apply the Fiebings. It worked EXACTLY as described. The Fiebings went on smooth and easy, there was ZERO color transfer/fading/removal of the Leather Max color. The Fiebings dried to a soft shine, wasnt hard or sticky and made everything look even and brand new. Having NEVER done this process before, I was a true amateur and Im truly impressed. The pictures show the couch in the process of staining and then the finished product after the Fiebings. The chair & ottoman are next
