This resolene is pretty good. However, it doesnt stand up to hard use. Got this to use after dying the leather of my saddle. It started to rub off after a couple months of light use. Im sure it would be perfect for smaller jobs or for leather crafts that arent used for hard work. So, this would be perfect for bags, bracelets, etc, but maybe not for a daily use saddle.

Applied to a classic Mercedes-Benz seats. There is a bit of a learning curve and it can create streaks, blotches and bubbles if not careful. Take your time, use very even strokes when applying. Like painting trim work. If you get streaks, clean it off, let it dry and try again. In the end it turned out fantastic and that’s really all that matters to me. Nobody knows or cares that I had to redo an area. Great product to apply after re-dying leather seats to protect them from water damage. I don’t know how this will do overtime in the sun but the vehicle was garage kept under a car cover.

Hard to apply evenly to a large surface. Would be nice for smaller projects like a purse or shoes.

Easy to use with wool spooley, recommend using water with product for a complete even coverage. Water won’t dilute finish, but will help with application. What I mean by water, is dip the spooley in water and then in product and then apply to leather, helps it dry even without splotches

Wow! This product restored the finish of some of my leather sofa cushions, which looked worn or distressed, while the rest of the sofa was a shinier, polished finish. The product has held up for four months so far. Im thrilled--the sofa looks so much better! I put four thin coats on, allowing drying time between each coat. The bottle looks small but a little goes a long way.

the product promised to solve the discolored, but after several applications and a day of work there are no changes. see the photos everything remains the same is throwing money away Really disappointed.

Do not buy this product. I had dried my base layer of alcohol dye and I just used it to protect my finish and it took it all off. Now I have to buy a new piece of leather and redye it, but this time I will be using a different protective finish
