Didn’t work. For some unknown reason, Fitflops had dyed the underside of the strapping orange. Love the fit and comfort but the orange has been rubbing off on my feet for years. The shoe maker recommended this product to seal the leather. After several coats- with drying time in between... well, you can see the results.

Nice finish with low sheen. Works as advertised.

I refinished my black wallet with leather dye and used this as a sealer and top coat. Looked like new afterwards. In a few months it began to wear off. Must be applied again.

    1) Fiebings Deglazer (to clean the leather and prevent blotches when dyed) 2) Fiebings Leather Dye (to restore the color of the leather) 3) Fiebings Acrylic Resolene (to preserve the dye from coming off. On a brief case, to prevent from getting dye on your clothes!) I sprayed this on the leather and used a damp sponge to spread it out. I made sure every area was covered, a slight acceptable sheen after I did this.

éste producto ha dejado mis trabajos protegidos y resaltando un color hermoso en ellos. Hay que ir variando en la cantidad de aplicación para ver cual te gusta más. Totalmente recomendado.

I needed to refinish some spots on my leather upholstery of my car. I used a colored flexible sprat and then coated the spots with this to help protect them. So far, so good although it has only been a few weeks. I also have to admit that I had o idea what I was doing with any of these products.I then bought a brand new pair of leather shoes that I wanted to protect in a production environment. I used mink oil, then a silicone treatment and then finally covered with this resolene, This was the wrong thing to do. Resolene flaked off like dandruff. Not bad product, just wrong use of it.

Fiebing"s Neutral Acrylic Resolene, 4 Oz. - Protects Leather Finish - Our most popular top finish for use over dyed, antiqued or polished leathers.. Acrylic Resolene is flexible, durable and water resistant. Best applied with a damp sponge. (Tip: Resolene goes on with a slight blue tint but when dry results in a gorgeous gloss finish.)
