> 3 dayFollow the instructions. Use the de-glazer, color dye and then the Acrylic Resolene after dampening the leather. I applied two coats. Good product. I plan to use more in the near future.

> 3 dayI know I was probably too lazy with it. But I was trying to seal a dye touch up job I did on a leather chair. It made it permanently look like there were wipe marks on it.

Greater than one weekThis stuff is awesome!! I used this finishing coat in conjunction with leather moisturizer and leather stain. It can provide a light finish with a slight sheen or a very shiny finish when layers several times. I restored several heels and several purses that were looking dull and worn out, and while the black stain was important, this was even more important to finish restoring the items back to their original look. In one case I skipped the dye and used this coat on a purse after allowing the leather moisturizer to sink in. It locked in the moisturizer that got it looking healthier then added some shine. I used several layers of the finish on everything and applied it with makeup wedge sponges. If you use just one layer, you will not end up with more than a slight sheen. If you want to avoid shine you can mix one part water to one part finish. I restored Aldo, Steve Madden, and Bebe heels along with Bebe, Guess, and Lodis purses. It would have been a huge shame to get rid of them, and now they look brand new. This is a must if you have leather!!! Definitely use a moisturizer first, maybe a dye, then the finish, but dont skip the moisturizer.

Greater than one weekI purchased the Fiebings Clear Acrylic Resolene as a top coat for my recently redyed leather couch. The product is wonderful. I started with a Leather Max Tan Kit, as the couch is a camel color-- I knew Id have to blend a custom color (btw HIGHLY recommended this product too). I allowed 24 hrs for the Leather Max to cure, per instructions. The next day I used the clean Leather Max sponge to apply the Fiebings. It worked EXACTLY as described. The Fiebings went on smooth and easy, there was ZERO color transfer/fading/removal of the Leather Max color. The Fiebings dried to a soft shine, wasnt hard or sticky and made everything look even and brand new. Having NEVER done this process before, I was a true amateur and Im truly impressed. The pictures show the couch in the process of staining and then the finished product after the Fiebings. The chair & ottoman are next

Greater than one weekIt worked well if thats the look youre looking for. I wasnt a huge fan. It also seemed really easy to scuff. Maybe I just did it wrong.
