> 24 hourI got a new pair of boots and rubbed a bunch of this oil on them to help break them in, protect and darken them up a bit. The oil did its job well, the leather is nice and soft now and they look great.

> 24 hourI used this on my work boots from Red Wing. This stuff looks and feels like mineral oil, but it has a very mild leathery smell. I rubbed it all over my boots and it instantly made the boots darker. Im talking about amber boots to dark brown, almost as if the boots were wet. So I wouldnt use this on fashionable leather items like dress shoes or furniture. However, this stuff looks like its working to protect the leather. Water beads off my boots and the leather is softer. It gets the job done for the price. I bought the 16 ounce bottle to save a little more; its basically a little more than a can of soda.

> 24 hourReally left my leather jacket soft shiny and supple. So soft and shiny that my friends thought that I purchased a new jacket. It does coagulate in cooler weather so keep that in mind for unheated garage applications. Also for a couple of days your leather goods will smell like a slaughterhouse so keep that in mind if you apply this to jackets, pants or other outerwear. After a week or so the smell goes away.
