Greater than one weekI use this on genuine leather covers for various books and Bibles. I apply it with the Lexol 1020 Applicator Sponge (see: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002SPC2G). It works great to restore oil to the leather and prevent dryness and cracking. I use it sparingly and rub it in well. I prefer to make several light applications vs. one big application. No complaints.

> 3 dayI used this on several pairs of leather shoes and found it generally brough life back into dry leather and made all leather more pliable. I did not think the oil had any stank, just a general oily smell. A little bit of the stuff goes a long way, so even a 16 oz container will last quite some time. I recommend for softening and renewing leather, if you want to waterproof, use Sno-Seal.

Greater than one weekAbout 30 years ago I had a shoe/leather repair shop and used this stuff. I need some for an old saddlebag and was pleased to see it is the same quality as many years ago. Just. Good. Stuff.
