Fixcracked for iPad mini & iPad mini 2 9.7 inch Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly+ Professional Tool Kit (black)

When it arrived I immediately went to put it together and when i finished everything the left side of the screen still had no touch response. The item came with a crack in the middle of the screen. Not happy at all.

The screen doesnt fit well and broke the LCD of my iphone.

Installing this screen wasnt the easiest but wasnt hard. I blame that on Apple using some of the smallest screws known to man. The tools provided in the kit helps tremendously. A tip I would recommend is using some clear packing tape on the old screen to help keep from getting tiny shards of glass everywhere. Once I had the old digitizer out I was able to easily install the new one into my iPad Mini with no issues. Getting the adhesive to adhere to the tablet is another story. It is still holding on but there are obvious spots where the adhesive didnt take that well. I will be purchasing a protective case that covers the screen so this wont be much of an issue for me though.

The adhesion is not very good and really can keep popping up. I replaced it and did a pretty good job of cleaning the adhesion spots to get the screen to stick. It does sort of pop up on one of the corners, but its no big deal. Installation took 2.5 hours to complete and was superstrefful to get it done. The home button was not centered so it has kind of tilt to it. Also the click of the home button is so loud and not very smooth. Overall the price makes sense and seeing that i only use it to read and have few songs downloaded i feel satisfied with the screen.

Needed better instructions

The screen replacement was easy to install and worked perfectly fine but the adhesive was very bad. The screen keeps popping up.

I bought this a few months ago to replace a broken screen. After some time the screen did not track any taps or anything. Don’t expect it to last very long.

Watched the YouTube and it was a breeze to install. I should take stars away for not having adhesive remover and alcohol pads in the box I had to go to the store mid install. But great product Thanks!

Work perfect, but the glue does not stick well.

The item is exactly as its described and installs easily. What I mean by installs easy is that once you go through the hugely aggravating and meticulous removal of your old cracked ipad screen, putting the new one on is pretty manageable, and I am not tech savvy at all. Find a good video on youtube, watch it first, and then watch WHILE you are installing your new screen. I didnt even glance at the instructions included in the package. As far as replacement products go, this one seemed really good.
