> 3 dayI really liked this power strip when I first got it and everything worked just fine for about a year. However, I got a new internet provider and when I attempted to switch this power strip to the new wifi, it simply wouldnt reset so that I could connect it. It should be able to be reconnected as needed without it breaking down. So now I just have an expensive power strip that does nothing more than what a $3.00 power strip would do!

> 3 dayI have a Mixer, Computer Monitor, Active Speakers, Chromecast, HDMI Audio Splitter and Desk Lamp all plugged into and individually controllable through this ONE surge protector. Each outlet being a smart plug makes the utility of this surge protector multiply tenfold especially if you have an entertainment center and are looking to, for example, power on your mixer before powering on your speakers so there isnt a POP over the speakers. I have connected this to both Amazons Echo and Google Assistant and it works like a charm. Easy to reset as well if ever the smart assistants lose connection.

Greater than one weekI would randomly hear crackling sounds from this power strip that sounded like a wire short, the light would flicker, so I stopped using it. The app was easy to set up, just not safe to leave plugged in.

> 3 dayVery difficult to set up, very difficult to reach anyone in support. It took me an hour to setup, another brand I had set up in minutes. The app is extremely glitchy, but the worst part is that the timers don’t always work. If you are using this to control timed lighting or devices for reptiles, fish, or plants, DO NOT use this product! It will leave your heat lamps on! You will find other reviews that say the same. I bought this to replace a Gosund brand similar product. I was perfectly happy with that brand, just needed more outlets than any of their products offer. I would definitely recommend any by Gosund instead unless you need more than 3-4 outlets and don’t want to take up more than one outlet on the wall.

Greater than one weekEasy to set up and no problems with Alexa communications with the device. I will be buying another soon. edited a couple months later. The device died from a power outage. It shows power is on but none of the outlets will work and it will no longer connect to the internet. I still love this product and ordered another one. One major hiccup, I contacted Geeni support via their chat connection on their website. The next day I get a call from the same help desk area but this time around they try to scam me with they owe me $499.00 .... and need me to install ultraviewer on my computer. BIG TIME SCAM .... DO NOT USE THEIR HELP DESK.

> 3 dayWe LOVE this power strip. No more bending or contorting our bodies to fit under furniture in order to turn this power source off. We use Wi-Fi signal to operate it and it’s wonderful. I highly suggest this for the use with fishtanks, so you can hide the power cord underneath the tank and not have to worry about easy access later. Also, I’ll be buying more to use during Christmas, so that I can control my lights through my phone with the Wi-Fi feature. Highly recommended for those Who want the convenience of the control in your hands at all times.

> 3 dayThe Geeni app kind of stinks so I manage the strip threw the Alexa app instead. I am happy with the product itself though and would purchase another.

> 3 dayWorks great, the only issue I have is the schedule doesn’t always turn the switches on or off. It’s likely user error but since I can’t figure it out it’s a minor issue. But all and all the produce is great and I love how you can control each plug individually.
