> 3 dayThis is the one to buy. Very well built. So easy to use and I usually struggle with electronics. No USB ports so no energy drain. I will be looking for Geeni products in the future.

> 3 dayI like the wi fi power strips, and this is the first one that Ive seen with 6 outlets. Plan is to use this with an aquarium build. I have a couple 4 outlet strips that also have USB plugs. Currently trialing this on my pico saltwater tank. And notice the outlets needed to be wider apart for those bulky converter plugs. And that a couple of USB plugs would be nice. Although when I put this on the tank Im building wont need USB. Although I love that I can make on/off schedules for refugium light and protein skimmer, and that I can just tell Alexa to turn off my pico pump and auto top off when doing water change or any work on the tank. Finally would appreciate a way to hang this power strip/attach it to the wall.

> 3 dayThe product eventually worked as advertised. However, it would not sync with Bluetooth to my smartphone initially. However, after about the 10th time it finally did. So, all is good now.

> 3 dayThe app lets you choose what to name each outlet so they can be controlled separately and each can have their own schedule assigned. I also have it linked with my google assistant, so now I can control all the lamps in my house completely hands-free.

Greater than one weekThe device connected to the network after several attempts. I set up rules to leave one port on all of the time, 3 ports are on an on/off schedule every 12 hours, so each of those ports has two rules, one for the time to turn on and one for the time to turn off. The last two ports are off all of the time. Right away, one port on the 12 hour schedule misbehaved. I reset everything and set up the rules again. All was mostly good until we tried to use the last two ports. I added the same rules, but the ports would not shut off. I’ve tried resetting and opened a problem with he manufacturer. I have had no response from them. Had to abandon use of the last two ports. Our others continued to work properly and after two months, including the time change and network updates, of working properly, they have suddenly begun ignoring their rules. Would not recommend.

> 3 dayI love this - its easy to set up more so than other wifi plugs I have used. Its great having all of the plugs on one surge protector. Setting up the schedule was a bit clunky and then its more infuriating when nothing turns off. Its not like it doesnt ever turn off, but the days and times which it actually decides to turn off are hit and miss. I had plugs from enbrighten and those schedules were way easier to set up and much more reliable. I think if someone can figure out their programming side of this on their app, it would be the best wifi plug. So Geenie, please update your app!

> 3 dayThese things are great. I have a bunch of single outlet models that are $10 at Wally World. This is a great concept. I use mine for a neon light in my bedroom as well as the air conditioner. I can turn the air on an hour before I get home from anywhere. In the winter I have a heating pad between my blankets that I use to keep my feet warm. I can turn it on from the living room before I go to bed. I also have some of the smart lights from geeni too. Only ever had an issue once or twice with the WiFi, over a 6 month period. Could have been my WiFi. Hey none of these things are perfect all the time. I don’t have Alexis so I can’t say about that.

> 3 dayIm a new home owner and I work 12 hour shifts. When I go to work, the house is dark, and Im using my phones light to search for the living room light; same for when I come home. Ive heard about hubs that turn on your lights with timers but I needed more than one plug. During my daily Amazon search, I found Geeni and the features I was looking for and its Alexa friendly! The setup is easy and the Alexa integration was simple. Ive tested out the timers and now when I wake up and head out to the living for work Im not stumbling around in the dark cause the lights are already on, same for when I come home from work. And Im not worried about forgetting to turn off the lights when Im ready for bed, whether I say good night Alexa or use the app or timer to shut off the lights it responds. Im very satisfied with the product and I highly recommend.

> 3 dayThis item works well—when it works. After weeks of back and forth with tech support it was decided that a replacement item would be sent. That was over a month ago. Ive sent over a dozen emails asking a status on the replacement and they do not respond. Avoid this company!

Greater than one weekI really liked this product....when it worked. Easy to use and set up (we use Google Home), functions great. We experienced a power outage over a month ago and the outlet would not reconnect to WiFi. It kept showing as offline or network malfunction. It would not reset itself when I held the button down for 3-5 seconds. Just the green surge light stayed on. We were within the return date so I assumed it was a lemon, and had a new one sent to us. Worked great, just as easy before with the new one. Then, again, after a power outage the SAME thing happened with the second outlet. Tried everything to reset, but still not functioning. There’s no information about this online or help. Company is not helpful. And we are now past our return date. The device is allegedly surge protected but apparently after a surge/outage it’s basically useless and the outlets don’t even turn on. Really disappointed because of how easy to use this outlet was...until it doesn’t work.
