Greater than one weekWould be 5 stars, but discovered tonight that if you set up a time schedule and then change the time(s) for whatever reason, theres a chance it wont actually turn the sockets on and off at those times anymore. Fixed it by DELETING the times and then adding them again. Great app other than that, i use this to control aquarium equipment, lighting and co2, among other things. So just be careful when adjusting on/off schedules and make sure to delete the schedule and do a new one altogether and you should be fine.

Greater than one weekupdate If you have no Internet you have no connection , and secludes will not work if you internet is out , Even if you turn the stuff on manually with no internet connection it will shut itself off , after losing almost all the Livestock in my tank I moved everything off of it but the lights , with the storm the other day and having no inter net none of the timers for the lights worked and like I stated with turning them on manually it still after like 5 or 10 min would shut them back off . Have to replace now and was a waste of 30 bucks. and Tech support is useless i after my first issue with it all they did was read off what was in the little setup paper. WiFi signal is very weak so cant be too far from a router but the worst thing with this and all the ones i have gotten I did not know this till after I got them If you are to have a power outage say from a storm or someone takes out a power pole this dose not go back to the last state that it was at when the power come back on it defaults to off no matter what not a bad thing if you have things off when this happens but if you have things on and the power goes out what was on will not come back on till then next timer on cycle for it

> 3 dayThe app lets you choose what to name each outlet so they can be controlled separately and each can have their own schedule assigned. I also have it linked with my google assistant, so now I can control all the lamps in my house completely hands-free.

> 3 dayThe device connected to the network after several attempts. I set up rules to leave one port on all of the time, 3 ports are on an on/off schedule every 12 hours, so each of those ports has two rules, one for the time to turn on and one for the time to turn off. The last two ports are off all of the time. Right away, one port on the 12 hour schedule misbehaved. I reset everything and set up the rules again. All was mostly good until we tried to use the last two ports. I added the same rules, but the ports would not shut off. I’ve tried resetting and opened a problem with he manufacturer. I have had no response from them. Had to abandon use of the last two ports. Our others continued to work properly and after two months, including the time change and network updates, of working properly, they have suddenly begun ignoring their rules. Would not recommend.

> 3 dayWorks great sometimes and not so great other times. I use Alexa with this plug and sometimes it turns the stuff on when I tell it to, other times I have to repeat myself several times to get results. But worth the money, do have 4 different items connected to it.

Greater than one weekSe que es buen producto pero me indigna mucho que en la foto de Amazon aparece 2 puertos USB que se controlan en la aplicion por wifi y en lo que me enviaron los puertos USB no se controlan por wifi. Me siento engañado.

> 3 dayI use this in my office to control some light fixtures that cant use smart bulbs, and its been fine. Each outlet can be named and controlled independently, but I usually just use them all at once by telling my smart thing to turn off the office and it just poofs the whole office into off mode.

> 3 dayI really liked this product....when it worked. Easy to use and set up (we use Google Home), functions great. We experienced a power outage over a month ago and the outlet would not reconnect to WiFi. It kept showing as offline or network malfunction. It would not reset itself when I held the button down for 3-5 seconds. Just the green surge light stayed on. We were within the return date so I assumed it was a lemon, and had a new one sent to us. Worked great, just as easy before with the new one. Then, again, after a power outage the SAME thing happened with the second outlet. Tried everything to reset, but still not functioning. There’s no information about this online or help. Company is not helpful. And we are now past our return date. The device is allegedly surge protected but apparently after a surge/outage it’s basically useless and the outlets don’t even turn on. Really disappointed because of how easy to use this outlet was...until it doesn’t work.

> 3 dayThis thing is *fine* when it is connected and works, but God forbid you move and have to change your Wifi. It is ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to reset it and connect it to your new network. I have spend 5+ hours today ACTIVELY WORKING TO GET THIS FIXED and there is NO WAY TO RESET IT. IT IS ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I can not stress this enough. Everywhere online says to hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset it but that only turns it off, it arrives ready to set up for the ONE AND ONLY TIME you can set it up. Oh and also if its off network long enough you can forget about using it EVER AGAIN because it will REFUSE to rejoin your network EVEN IF THE NETWORK NEVER CHANGED. it just has to be offline for a few minutes and the device is rendered COMPLETELY USELESS. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. HARD. EARNED. MONEY. ON. THIS. LITERAL. E-WASTE!!!
