> 3 dayThis item works well—when it works. After weeks of back and forth with tech support it was decided that a replacement item would be sent. That was over a month ago. Ive sent over a dozen emails asking a status on the replacement and they do not respond. Avoid this company!

> 3 daySETUP: My experience is from using 4 of these over the past 3 years. Set up is a bit tedious due to the need to be very close to wifi and BlueTooth for iPhone set up. Another issue is in setting up there is no feedback that it is searching for wifi / Bluetooth (would be great if showed a processing set). ONCE SET UP: My experience is it is great! iPhone UI is great! Unfortunately, the chipsets (Bluetooth/ Wifi) stop working after a couple of years (not sure why/). I only have needed 2 but had to replace them over time during the 3 use. If you expect to work reliably like a typical power strip with a smart capability IT IS NOT...

> 3 dayOK, its a nice multi-outlet device. My gripes are Google does not have a web-based version of home, so you absolutely need to use a smartphone or tablet to control the power strip. For most people, not a problem at all, but I sure would love to use a simple web interface, so I can VPN in and control via my LAN, or control from my Linux or Windows desktop PC in the office. You can also use the Geeni app, but again, no html version, app (ios or Android only) Im sure alexa and siri behave similarly, shame. Only other thing would be independent local power switches. The unit has only a master switch. Ill be looking to replace this eventually. For now, its ok.

> 3 dayReally like the numbered plugs which display which ones they are on the mobile app.. I enjoy the ease of all the electronics plugged in and how alexa turns them on for me. Although I sometimes have issues with the wifi getting signal even though it tells me there is excellent wifi signal

> 3 dayI have this for my decorative lights in my living room and it switches on and off randomly. I have no timers set and don’t touch it. Seems like it’s every couple hours. I wouldn’t buy if you’re using this for lights or anything that need to be on for long periods. I wanted this for my decorative lights and eventually Christmas tree - but having it switch on and off all the time is horrible.

Greater than one weekI have 3 of the surge protectors and used it in my previous apt with little issues such as random loss of connections. Ive recently moved to a new build home with fiberoptics and 2/3 of these stopped connecting. One works fine in the living room but the other 2 would not pick up the signal. After resetting it multiple time, they still didnt work. I contacted the company and they couldnt troubleshoot over the phone so they requested I sent a video of the Nth time to reset them to demonstrate that the devices were faulty. I waited for 2 replacements and I received 1 strip a day before they emailed me the tracking information after I waited a month for it. I started the process in July and received a device around August. I emailed them to follow up for the second device... 5 emails and 3 months later, they are still asking for my utmost patience but they still dont have a product out for me. This company has lost me as a customer, I will never purchase their products again. Id suggest that you save yourself the money and grief, go with another product, ANY OTHER PRODUCT... chances are other companies may have more reliable smart surge protectors and much better customer service and not make you wait 3... going on 4 months for a replacement.

> 3 dayIt worked great for the time it worked. Ive had for a few months now and now both of them stopped functioning correctly. My timers were off. Theyll turn on and off at random times whenever it feels like it. Although I could still go in the app and turn things on or off manually. It was getting really annoying that it didnt function correctlt anymore. So I tried resetting it and reconnecting it. Could t find it and connect it anymore. So now it just works like a normal basic power strip. And its not just one. Its all of the ones Ive got. They all started not workiny randomly. Not all at once. So Im giving it a three star cause they worked great when they did. But now theyre just basic power strips.

> 3 dayWould be 5 stars, but discovered tonight that if you set up a time schedule and then change the time(s) for whatever reason, theres a chance it wont actually turn the sockets on and off at those times anymore. Fixed it by DELETING the times and then adding them again. Great app other than that, i use this to control aquarium equipment, lighting and co2, among other things. So just be careful when adjusting on/off schedules and make sure to delete the schedule and do a new one altogether and you should be fine.
