> 3 dayWhen recently training for a marathon, we picked up a variety pack of Gu flavors. I would eat a different flavor first but I would always get queasy if I had anything other than Vanilla after the first gu. I changed to only vanilla flavor and my stomach was not queasy for the remainder of the training. I have a sugar sensitive stomach and I usually get gut rot when I drink more than 1 lemonade, Gatorade, cocktail...etc. The vanilla flavor was the only flavor that worked for my stomach.

> 3 dayI’ve used this product for years. When I was a triathlete I used GU so I wouldn’t hit the wall or bonk. Now I’m a tournament Pickleball player. I used GU for immediate energy during play. It works immediately.

> 3 dayThis is the most palatable of these energy packets Ive tried. It tastes like caramel, which I expect to be sweet so it isnt so shocking when I put it in my mouth. But really I buy it for the energy; it has a little more punch than other gels. I use it before swimming and during my long runs. Gu is thicker than other brands so when it is cold it is really thick.

Greater than one weekThese are my go to product with endurance sports. I feel so much better during my long distance rides, runs and swims. They are so little but have the nutrition I need so they are not bulky. I love this flavor the best and feel the caffeine kick gives me a boost but not one that makes me feel shaky.

> 3 dayThis flavor of GU is the only flavor I like. I do like the vanilla Cliff band as well. It can be difficult finding a gel to like as it is messy, sticky, and a bit thick to swallow. However, I find that this one is not overly sweet and has a pleasant enough flavor that I can swallow it during a race rather quickly. It does help me with not feeling light headed and gives me continue energy. Of course you do need to eat multiple ones during long races/training times.
