> 24 hourHuge family style pot- I was able to grill my chickennbreast without sticking then make my Alfredo rue and sauce all in one pan. It cooked evenly and cleaned very easily. Ive never had a pan with this type of hex film on it but iys wonderful. I love the white color and it is big enough to make a 9 person family meal with ease. Shipped fast, lid secures properly and it was packaged well!

> 24 hourI wasn’t sure what this would be like, I have had Calphalon and Farberware before. I was never able to use metal utensils with my other nonstick cookware. I was very surprised when I read the pamphlet that came with this pot; you can use metal utensils and can even clean it with steel wool! The inside feels almost rubberized to the touch but it isn’t, it is the heating distribution patterns that are etched into the sides somehow. This heated up and almost full pot of chicken soup in less time than my other stock pots. Nothing stuck to the bottom even though I forgot about it for a while and it was boiling away. you do need to season it before using it but all that requires is 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a few minutes on the stove. This is my new favorite stock pot and I can’t wait to make a batch of French onion soup and then a batch of meat sauce!

> 24 hourFirst off the packaging is fantastic. The certificate and paper work it comes shows you right from opening it that this is quality. The paper stock is high quality and very thick. The attention to detail is 10/10. The pot comes with its own bag to store or carry in. When I pulled out this pot it was a thing of beauty. This is my second HexClad item and this blew me away even more. Ok enough with the presentation aspect. I seasoned it then I threw in stew meat with flour which always stuck to my stainless. Such a headache but thats a thing of the past. Nothing stuck at all, I was shocked. When it came time to clean it was a breeze. I am in love with this pot if you cant tell. Kudos guys, you knocked it out of the park as far as I am concerned! Oh yeah you can use metal untensil in a non-stick! Mind blown!!!

> 24 hourI will preface this review by sayin that I have cooked with Le Creuset cookware my entire life. over 50 years. And I love it dearly. So, imagine my surprise when I got this pot and fell in love with it. I did everything they said. I hand washed it, seasoned it, let it heat for a while. Then I made a huge pot of Jambalaya. Shrimp, sausage, the whole nine yards. I put in the rice and let it simmer on low for the allotted 30 minutes, which usually sticks most of the rice to the bottom of the pan while not thoroughly cooking the rest. I take the lid off and lo and behold the rice is cooked...all of it. Now, I will say that the bottom layer scorched to the bottom of the pan. Trial and error are great teachers. Apparently, the number 3 setting on my stove is too high for this. But the jambalaya was good. Cut to cleanup time. I store the leftovers and set the pot in the sink. Literally, I took a damp sponge and wiped out all the scorched bits. Not scrubbed...WIPED. Of course, I washed it with soap and hot water but my point is that, no matter how burnt that bit of rice was, it did not stick to the pot in the least. Ive never had such an easy cleanup. I am going to use this pot from now on when I make chilis, soups, or stews. I will keep the temperature very low. And I will not struggle to clean it. Im going to look for more Hexclad cookware because this one has lived up to the hype. They shouldnt just call it no-stick cookware. They should call it CANT stick cookware.
