> 24 hourI have to give it five stars for the customer service. Silly of me for not being aware that I needed a security motherboard to hook this up that is completely my fault not Honeywell. I can tell that if I had the motherboard to hook this up with it would definitely be a great investment.

The programming is a little complex for a first time DIY, but if you are patient and can consult someone for a little tech support it works out fine -- assuming you have the skills and understanding of the system. Overhaul included a new matching Honeywell panel.
