Greater than one weekBought this to replace a dying Ademco keypad with buttons that didnt work well anymore. Price was reasonable and installation was very simple. Figuring out how to use the keypad and its features - well thats a different story. Mine didnt come with a manual and trying to find one online that shows things (like how to program the four functions keys to the left) wasnt very easy. And what I found still hasnt answered all my questions. But for the basics, it works well.
