Delivery was on time...a few days and the product was new in the original box. Works great along with a great price.

Easy to install. Good price. Excellent upgrade to compliment a Honeywell Vista 20p panel. Makes upgrading/programming so much easier being able to use an alphanumeric keypad. Really like the large, easy to read LCD display. More things in life should be this simple and efficient.

Clear instructions, easy installation. Check the address of the unit your replacing first and save yourself a little bit of time.

Was new as advertised. Monitoring company said their cost for same product was mare than I paid.

Love this unit. I have it as a secondary unit to my 6160RF. Note: You can only have one RF (wireless) unit per system. I couldnt find a clear answer to this question until my alarm guy came to activate. Super easy to install, check youtube.

The alpha numeric display is da bomb!!! And yes, simple to install.

I am absolutely delighted with this new control panel. It replaced a non-alpha panel. As far as the address goes, it was a sinch. I just held down the keys to set the address on my original keypad to see what it was set at before uninstalling it. Got the address and made sure this new one was set to the same address by following the same key strokes.

Works as expected. Arrived in new condition, packed well, delivered as expected.

This panel works great with my Vista 20 alarm system. The old panel beeped and this one bings, so its a bit different, but Ill get used to it.

Very happy with both keypad and panel I purchased earlier, it was a good thing I’m experienced though because there was no documentation which could have spelled disaster in a novice. Thanks
