> 24 hourEasy-to-use and easy to clean. Works wonders and takes case of fresh accidents and removes older stains. Recommend using stronger cleaning supplies than hoover brands.

> 24 hourThis is my third machine and Ive loved every one. It is durable, cleans beautifully, and is lite weight enough for me. I have a large house with lots of carpeting that I clean twice a year so each machine got a lot of use. Ive owned other shampooers but none can compare to the value, cleaning ability, and longevity of this one. And yes, I will buy another when I wear this one out.

> 24 hourFor the price point this machine gets it done! We live in an apartment that has a carpet that gets dirty no matter how careful we are and with one pass look at the results!

> 24 hourI have NEVER left a positive review for a vacuum or shampooer… well here we go. This thing is unbelievable… it distributes shampoo evenly and it truly does… as much water that you put into your carpet will come back up through the shampooer and you can clearly see it’s black and I have OCD lol to my surprise it was not light… now when I shampoo it’s light… it’s easy to move… the tanks are massive which is nice I don’t have to change or get water every 10 minutes… literally if it broke I would still buy it again

> 24 hourSEE PHOTOS! Two years ago we made an addition to our family. Petunia. We love her dearly. Petunia has become the Head of Household. She occasionally decides to pee on the carpet. Poop on the carpet. Throw up on the carpet. Run her muddy paws all over the carpet. Our carpets were FILTHY. To be fair and upfront, after using this thing all of our carpets look a MILLION TIMES BETTER. They LOOK relatively brand new, and without any NOTICEABLE sign of accidents, dirty shoes, spills, etc. etc. I WOULD recommend this product for an inexpensive, economical, quick carpet clean. Important takeaways below, along with PROS & CONS: PROS: 1. Removed any noticeable sign of 2 years worth of dirty shoes, pee, poop, throw up, spills etc. in one go. 2. 8 foot extension hose for accessories-Makes it very easy for spot cleaning, stairs, corners, etc.-NO NEED to move the actual machine with a very long reach. 3. Accessory Scrub Brush-Out of all of the accessories, this one is the go to. Clean up accidents and spot messes with ease. Very quick. Very easy. FAR Better, and easier than doing so by hand. Takes :30 seconds to clean up an accident. 4. EASY CLEANING-Every single piece can be removed from the machine for very easy cleaning, including the individual spin brush heads on the main machine (Photos). 5. NO ASSEMBLY! Takes 10 seconds to attach ALL parts and this thing is ready to go. Removal of all parts takes the same amount of time. Fill the fluid tank with water to the fill line-Fill the carpet cleaning solution portion of the fill tank to the fill line-Ready to roll. 6. Very light weight-Easy to maneuver and carry, if necessary. 7. Very easy to attach accessories (Photo) 8. Accessories included CONS: 1. SEEMS to be made of VERY cheap material-Concerned about how long this thing will last...Not an ounce of solid metal to be found. All plastic, almost all plastic parts. 2. QUESTIONABLE SUCTION-First time using this thing, the DIrty Water Tank was FULL of almost BLACK water. This is exactly what I wanted to see. Obviously the job was being done. However, now the dirty water tank does not collect nearly as much water in general. The water is still dark, and clearly there is cleaning being done-There is just not even close to as MUCH suction and the floors remain VERY wet. 3. MAIN Spin Brush Heads (Mainly Utilized-Main Machine) REST on the floor-They are pushed into the carpet by gravity alone. Therefore, I am a little concerned with how deep down this thing actually cleans. They basically just rest on top of the carpet, and nothing PUSHES the brushes down into the carpet other than gravity-And theres not much, considering the main spin brush unit is very light. 4. Accessory Spin Brush Head is RIDICULOUSLY difficult to remove from the 8 foot accessory hose. Manual makes it look very simple-its not. Supposed to use your thumb to lift up a plastic piece for removal-Much easier said than done-Can actually hurt... 5. Spin Brush Heads, including accessory Spin Brush Head does not seem to be very powerful-They do not rotate as fast or with as much power as I would have hoped. Considering the main Spin Brushes rest on the carpet, I would have liked to see more power from these. 6. BIGGEST CONCERN-ONLY CLEANING SURFACE. Due to no pressure on the main spin brushes, dont expect a very deep clean. As a matter of fact, there is still a smell of dog pee even after it LOOKS like the mess is completely gone. RECOMMENDATION: BUY IT. If you are renting a carpet cleaner 3x per year, you cant go wrong. Now you do not need to make a trip to the store, pay $40 for renting the machine & purchase of cleaning solution, and you can clean your carpets whenever you want. Good investment. Will make your carpets LOOK a million times better, but do not expect a deep clean like you would get from an industrial type of machine and dont expect this thing to last forever...

> 24 hourSome reason I thought this was specifically for cleaning pet homes but I misread something somewhere anyways. It took me a couple tries to figure it out. I initially used too much product/water I think and it took more than 24 hours to dry even with using dry strokes. Just using the drying feature doesnt completely dry the carpet either which is kind of disappointing but once you figure out the criss cross method and careful about the amount of water/solution it takes probably 10 hours to dry after you get tired of trying to dry it through dry strokes. The thing I dislike so far is I have used it to clean our apt (its pretty small) but I have had to refill the water tank 3 times but the dirty water tank has barely any water in it. Im a lil concerned about that but maybe I should have researched the type of carpets we have? They are like medium long fibers. Im just concerned theres abunch of water underneath the carpet now... I also have a crappy vacuum cleaner but it usually does an okay job however when going over with the carpet cleaner it continuously spits out balls of hair instead of sucking it up. Even if you use the hose to do that it still spits hair out. Now that could just be the crappy vacuum and the weird carpet we have its harder to pull the hairs out... Overall I do love this as the house smells so much better. We were dealing with my cat marking all over the place and spots still smelling like pee but with this it smells very clean. I do wish the cleaner came in better scent but its better than cat pee! I havent pulled it apart to clean yet as I still have a couple pieces of furniture Im going to clean and then see how that goes. I think this product would be perfect for someone who either has a good vacuum cleaner or doesnt have pets or long carpet hairs.

> 24 hourI got this in 17. I use it to vacuum a lot. Then I use the shampoo on a small area each time. Just rotate around and over four or five times I have the whole carpet cleaned. I ended up with the seal at the top of the dirty water tank leaking. Luckily found a place called parts warehouse that has diagrams and parts available. Less than three bucks for the seal. Shipping will probably be more than that so Im going to get any parts I might need like a new filter.

> 24 hourTen years ago I decided to buy a carpet cleaner , I read a ton of reviews and decided on the earlier version of this . And it was great . It blew up last week . So , I looked at reviews and the top machine was this one , a new and improved version . This version is a lot better . The water tank lasts longer . I like having a separate soap tank . This one dries as well . The only issue I had was the clean water tank doesn’t seem to sit properly , but that doesn’t seem to be an issue . If you want a carpet cleaner , this is it . $200 whereas the machine I bought ten years ago was closer to $400 . You only get a small bottle of soap this time , so pre-order soap . And a word of warning , a buddy of mine says in this machine to only use the Hoover soap , he has no skin in the game . Update ,based on experience with earlier model . Ok I’ve used it a few times now . It definitely makes the water go further . You don’t end up emptying the dirty water every five mins . I pretty much did a 20x14 carpet on two tanks . The separate soap bottle is a great idea , as you don’t mix it with the clean water , you don’t mind throwing the clean water away . It dries . They got rid of the “steam clean “ which had nothing to do with steam , didn’t even heat the water . Now that is deep clean or light clean , which is basically what the steam clean did , by increasing water flow . Being able to remove the nozzle for cleaning is a bonus , so much easier to clean now . Seems they have put a slightly longer cord on this version as well . You CAN do stairs , I don’t have stairs , but you can use the smaller nozzle and hose for that . Just remember you will be dragging the machine up your stairs in some cases . Once again , if you want a carpet cleaner , this is a damn good machine. And if you owned the earlier model , and liked it , you will love this version ,
