> 3 dayThis is a great machine. Simple to use and put together. I can imagine for larger areas you will need to stop and dump the water intake tank, however that should be no reason not to buy it. I was amazed at how well it cleans. We had a professional carpet cleaner come in, and a couple weeks after we needed to spot treat a dog urine mess. I was very much impressed with how much dirt came up, along with the urine, even after the professional cleaning we had done not too much time before. Very much worth the money.

> 3 dayMy wife loves this shampooer. We have two dogs, one is a puppy and a 4 yr old so accidents are unavoidable. My wife uses this constantly on the rugs and on the furniture to clean up. It does a great job

> 3 dayI received my Hoover on Sunday, June 4, 3023. I have to say I was nervous to purchase this after reading some of the reviews concerning leakage. In my opinion, this is the best carpet cleaner I have used by far. It performed very well. The only issue I had was it did not come with the screws to attach the handle as it was suppose to. Luckily I had screws that fit. Outside of that I had no issues at all. I was amazed with the amount of dirt and dog hair this one machine collected. I am very please with the results. Great buy. No complaints here.

> 3 dayMY 20 year old Hoover spin brush 50 Died a few days ago. I needed a new Turbine part which Hoover didnt make any more so I bowered my daughters Bissel and that didnt work at all so I ordered a newer Hoover 50 which I received in 3 Days.....WOW!!!! This Hoover did a Fantastic Job on my 15 year old carpet. On the last pic there was a dark grey path from my Bedroom to the kitchen....IT is GONE! This Hoover operates similar to my old one, except it has a rinse feature which I like. I didnt like the cord hook....could have had a lock feature and a couple of feet longer. All in All Hoover is the best in my opinion.....Hope this one lasts 20 anual use years!!!! CLEAN yor Machine after each use....It will last longer!!!

> 3 dayI moved into a house for rent and the carpet appeared brown. No odor so I never knew it was packed with mud. I used this vacuum 4 times throughout the week and my carpet is now the original tan color. I can definitely tell whoever had this house before me smoked. The smell was obvious once I started but quickly went away near the end of the task. 10/10 money well spent.

> 3 dayExcellent for stairs. The scrubber attachment and long hose made it easy to clean the stairs. Just have to make sure that you attach it properly as improper attachment can affect suction. Im very happy with this machine.

03-06-2025Our shampooer broke mid job. Thats the way things go. We ordered this as a replacement. It came the next day. I did the other half of the room with a 3 year old Hoover product. I picked up where I left off. The difference was highly visible. I had to redo the areas I did just the day before. I personally think the circular rotation of the brushes is key to the cleaning of the carpets. The stairs did require second pass with the scrub head. Make sure you prime the attachment hose. The attachment hose we did have a bit of a struggle getting it to clip in initially. The furniture attachment is standard compared to other units. The suction power of the unit is awesome. It comes with a cleaning tool the help clean the main head. Easy disassembly to help clean the head. WE LOVE THIS

> 3 dayThis is a fantastic scrubber. I will let any reader know very specifics about this scrubber. I previously owned the scrub master older version from about 4 yrs ago. The brushes stopped spinning and I needed a new one. I chose this scrubber because of the price, it came with alot of attachments in their own bag, and because its hoover. I believe hands down hoover is the best. Anyway. I chose this one as my new scrubber. BIG DIFFERENCE! My last hoover was way heavier than this one even before adding water. Also, my old one was longer in the front, making it awkward to carry because all the weight was hanging in the front. This scrubber is nice and compact. Shorter, lighter, and not as wide. Big wheels and short front make it very easy to turn, where my old one was harder. I always bumped stuff. Startup: cord is decent. I wouldnt say short its about average. this scrubber is very quiet. I actually think its quieter than my vacuum slightly. My old one was super duper loud I didnt even want kids downstairs it was so loud. This one is like a vacuum but you can immediately hear the power. The brushes scrubbed so well I could feel the brush vibration sometimes from how powerful. take others advice, rinse wash rinse. Rinse gets your carpet damp enough to work with the soap and move with the brushes easier when you wash. Im 8 months pregnant and can handle this machine so well. Does not strain me to use, and I can actually carry it. Tanks: two tank system plus other compartment for solution, perfection! They are slightly smaller tanks than the scrub master, but Im fine with that because the machine isnt as bulky or heavy. If you ever owned a huge scrubber, you would appreciate the lighter weight, but its not too light. The $89 Bissell classic model, is alot smaller than this machine (for comparison). So I love the size. What took only one tank on my old take just a little over one for each step (rinse step rinse) but honestly I dont care if rather refill than drag a huge machine. Result: my carpets are very clean now. Even spray! The powerful brushes fluffed up my carpet way better than my old machine. Oh my. So soft to walk on and the high traffic area that was crushed down I could barely get up with my old machine, is so fluffed now! So better performance, shocking for a smaller machine. Cleanup: Advanced! If you have ever seen someone elses scrubber, the front window where the water and dirt is sucked up is always disgusting! My old machine came with a thin tool to scrape some gunk out, but I lost it and over time the hair and dirt just collected in it. No way to take this part apart on any machine to clean it. Its sealed and screwed down. On this scrubber, you can actually take it off and clean it! What!? With a V shape it isnt holding a ton of dirt, and the hose attachment flap is in the center so you can rinse the whole inside of this piece. This is a huge plus, people. You can clean everything on this machine spotless when you are done. Please do clean after every use, it only took me ten minutes but it prolongs the life of all scrubbers. I used and cleaned it and it looks brand new, cant even tell I used it. Anyone who owns a scrubber knows how amazing that is. I have struggled with my old one trying to get it clean but never could get that front part clean enough. Gross. Final thought: LOVR THIS MACHINE. Im sorry some other people had trouble, it happens with some products not every one is perfect. This machine didnt leak like my other one, light, and very powerful. I know scrubbers, and this is top knotch! And for $130? Are you kidding!? Fantastic. If you have very tough stains I buy carpet spray spot cleaner and pretreat sometimes, which who cares I understand some stains depending what it is can be hard. But this scrubber is top of the line. Trust me. Why spend more money? Get this machine.

> 3 dayInitial reaction when I had first received this Carpet cleaner, was pretty good. Opened the box, only thing I had to assemble was the handle and it was ready to go. Most of the 5-Star reviews have covered the good part of its functioning. I will highlight what they may not have experienced yet. The SpinScrub brushes makes the spinning action using a turbine mechanism. This turbine has cheap parts and it starts rusting as soon as it comes in touch with water, which could happen right after the first wash. This issue has been widely reported in Hoovers other models as well, and yet Hoovers clueless Engineering team is unable to change the design or the parts and keeps on using non-stainless steel and cheap parts which seize to operate, right after they come in contact with water and rust. Check the following link on Amazon Q&A where a user has asked a question after his or her machine stopped working: https://www.amazon.com/Brushes-not-spinning-something-internally/forum/Fx23UOVL4I8KXTK/Tx26GM4WHEYHZHV/1?asin=B00009R66F When I experienced this issue as I was getting ready to use the machine, I did an online search and numerous videos on how to fix the Hoover carpet cleaners turbine mechanism. Its just been a year and have used the cleaner twice. I am very handy with fixing things. So, I thought, I will give it a try before calling Hoover for warranty claim. In my case though, it wont fix as the shaft between two bearings is completely rusted and jammed. The bearings are rusted too, tried using WD-40 and tried to move the part but it wont budge. I have now sent a message to Hoover Support, lets see how quickly they can have it fixed. I will come back and update the review accordingly. ----- Update as of May 4th ----- My machine was still under warranty. I had contacted the Hoover Support via email but they refused to send the affected part and instead referred to me to their authorized service center. I tried to reason with them that its waste of time for me drive about 11 mi to take the machine for a problem which I have already diagnosed. They refused and reiterated to take it to authorized service center. I had eventually taken the machine last week to service center. The service center folks were very receptive and told me that this is a common problem but good for their business. Warranty or not, they get paid either way. Service Center had called me last Saturday that they had replaced the part under warranty. I just need to now pick it up. ----- Update as of May 6th ----- I picked up the machine today and it has a new turbine that rotates the SpinScrub brushes. This repair was done under warranty but I am concerned that warranty would soon expire. So, I asked the service tech about what options I have when (not if) it happens again. He told me that the part is about $30 and their service fee for changing the part is $20. So, I will be looking at $50 expense every time this part needs replacement as the company WILL NOT ship the part directly to consumer even if they could handle the repairs themselves. An additional fact to keep in mind before you pick this cleaner.
