> 24 hourSo far Ive only had it for a few days but I really really like it. I havent had any issues with it. My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

> 24 hourI really like this laptop because of the touch screen. I had to replace my desktop but don’t really like the “mouse” on a laptop. The touch screen made it just right for me. I can finally do away with my bulky desktop. My only negative is the battery life. I don’t use it a lot but it has to be recharged every day. It uses battery even if it is not turned own. I would still purchase even knowing the battery issues, but then I am accustomed to a desktop that never needs charging.

> 24 hourReally like my laptop. Perfect for work. Battery lasts long enough for me. The only thing is… I really wish the keyboard lit up but I guess that’s my bad for not making sure of that before I purchased. Other than that , I’m happy with my purchase. EDIT - it’s literally been one year since I purchased this laptop and it’s already malfunctioning. I barely use this laptop and it’s already messing up. The touchscreen has stopped working and now I cannot complete tasks I need to because of this. It’s been one year!!

> 24 hourThis laptop starts up in about 10 seconds and is ready to use, and only takes a few seconds to shut down. I was able to easily customize Windows 10 for my own preferences, and to delete the apps I didnt want. I didn’t connect to the internet until I was able to review the system. It gives you the option of creating a Microsoft account if desired.

> 24 hourI was very excited when my queue was populated with this laptop. I bought this exact version in 2018 for my wife for about 600$ on sale. There are only minor differences between the 2020 and 2018 version and they all contribute to a small increase in raw performance but nothing revolutionary.
