iolo - System Mechanic Pro, Computer Cleaner for Windows, Blocks Viruses and Spyware, Restores System Speed, Software License

I run a Sony Vaio, i7, 64 bit, Windows 10. This software presented me with a black screen every morning, requiring a hard re-boot, after which my desktop was scrambled. Customer support was worse than useless, forwarding me a link that asked me to re-purchase the software that was two weeks old. I tried four times to re-set my password and received no response. When they finally sent an updated version, it was totally incompatible with the instructions for activating it. The software is a hassle and doesnt work; moreover, it does more harm than good. Customer service is inept.

Anyone running Windows pcs needs this program, this was a great bargain, it cost a whole lot more at other strores.

I have used System Mechanic for more than a decade. It USED to be good. Now System Mechanic Pro with Pheonix 360 option wont remove/fix viruses on my system. Customer service will not answer the phone. The website wont let me sign in to my account and wont send me a link to change password.

The web site said there would be a CD, well no CD inside and I don not like downloading products. Bad experience with orders on Amazon lately more money for prime and bad delivery on items.

I like it much, it does every thing, but it has trouble with SSD drives I think.

Not sure havent come across any.

Was disappointed that it didnt come with a disk. It came with a product key. Hard to web load onto a laptop that needs cleaning.

Seems to be a good program that works on multiple computers - But sometimes request the CD ? I havent figured out why, yet. I tried installing norton anti-Virus with this .....havent figured how, yet.
