This suite of programs provides a wide array of functions from virus checking and prevention, system configuration, HDD maintenance, purging junk files, and more. There is an option for TOTAL CARE, their name for the app, but I have some reservations about the reliability of some of the functions, I>E> the Registry Cleaner and Registry compactor, It appears they may cause some issues over time, in my experience. I have used this for about five years, and recommended it to several others, w/ same caveats. It is worth the money and can be renewed on annual basis for half the retail cost.

Very Good

The fact remains that all SYSTEM MECHANIC does is consolidate functions already included in windows. Yes there are a few features but they really are not for the average user, and those that know how to use these features... do it a different way

it did not keep virus off my lap top as good as other virus protectors so fo that I took it off my lap topit may be good for other things that I will look into but not as a virus protector..

Great product

I love SM adn SMP, have had great success with them but they do bug me as they change my screen resolution. I wish it would leave that alone but it is still great.
