> 3 dayWhether you have an MTHFR mutation or not, you are better off taking the methylcobalamin version of B12 than the more common cyanocobalamin variety offered in most Bcomplexes and multivitamins. This formulation dissolves in the mouth and can also be chewed if you get impatient! It has a mild flavor (different varieties) that is at worst, unoffensive and at best, tasty. Great for children and adults. A necessary co-factor for folate, particularly l-methylfolate (required for MTHFR folks). Jarrow is a reputable company and Amazon offers it at a great price.

> 3 dayI follow a vegan diet and try to take a B12 supplement a few times a week. Ive been using these lemon B12 chewable tablets off and on for about 12 years, and they are by far my favorite. Ive tried other brands of B12 chwables, lozenges, and liquid drops when I find one on sale for a good price, but I havent found one that I like the flavor of as much as the Jarrow lemon.

Beautifully Imperfect!
> 3 dayI think a higher dosage might be more noticeable for me, but that said, this gives me a pretty decent boost in energy, at best. Easy to chew, and the flavor is ok. Some days, I have issues with energy, so this is helpful to me, when those days come and go. No noticeable side-effects. Once I run out, Ill look into a slightly higher dosage, to hopefully see more effects. Otherwise, a pretty solid product.

> 3 dayI have used only one bottle of 100 lozenges so far but I am satisfied with the price, the quality of the B12, the taste and the life of the product in use. The only drawback is that they tend to take a long time to dissolve under my tongue and when they do, they are grainy at the end. That is a drawback, but not a problem for me. They are almost tasteless also, which I believe is good (supposed to be lemon flavored, but I cant taste it for the most part - that is fine with me). I bought several bottles of them - Ill update if they dont keep. I had tried another brand and found that they took on moisture in an area like Houston, TX with high humidity. These do not seem to be bothered as much because they dont dissolve as rapidly as the others (although I havent been to Houston since I got them). My switch, however, was a good move I believe. These are also half the price, though they are 4 times as large in size as the other brand.

> 3 dayI love these! I don’t eat meat, and only eat fish occasionally, but I always have great B12 levels when my blood is drawn. I worked in supplemental sales for a few years and always steered people towards Jarrow products and have a well practiced spiel about methy vs. cyano cobalamin. After going from low b-levels to the higher end of WNL, I believe my own sales pitch.

> 3 dayI received it quickly and it’s a great product. The only exception is that I ordered the lozenges and received chewable tables. The lozenges absorb better and are not as hard on your liver/kidneys/gut. But I will definitely order from them again.

> 3 dayAfter finding out about different Gene mutations I decided to delve deeper into vitamin therapy and what my mixed up body needs. Switching from a standard multi to specialized single vitamins did the trick! Adding methyl to B vitamins is absolutely the way I needed to go, it did take about 10days to feel the greatest effect but it was definitely worth the wait. No side effects or belly upset, and this brand is priced great for the quality
