I cannot comment on absorbency as I have not gone for my b12 test

Ive experimented with several forms of Vitamin B12 and have found this one to be, BY FAR, the most effective B12 supplement Ive used. Ive used this in conjunction with folinic acid and Jarrows PQQ to improve my brain fog symptoms, and have found them to be VERY effective. No doubt, this is largely thanks to this B12, which is perhaps the highest quality of Vitamin B12 available (Methylcobalamin). Do not settle for less with your supplements; Ive tried cheaper products before and have been greatly disappointed. This one is highly bioavailable; stay away from cyanocobalamin and several others. Jarrows continually pleases me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The benefits from this vitamin is difficult to maintain in seniors. I read that sublingual tablets were the way to go, taking them like you would any supplement or medicine that you chew. I can not say enough about the benefits of this sublingual tablet. My 80+ year old husband no longer sleeps away his day in a recliner. I do also give him additional (2) drinkable tablets. I began these subliqual tablets along with the supplemental and my lab test measured B12 off the charts. So I cut back on the other tablets, actually to 1/2 a day. I guess I have to find out how to take just the sublingual.

A great product! Have used for several years. Made the mistake of getting a B12 shot from the doctor because it was free which didnt make me feel better as this product does, but in fact made me have a yeast imbalance for which I used Vitanica Candidastat to resolve. This product is so delicious I have to restrain from eating it like candy. It calms my nerves and makes me feel so much better immediately. Highly recommended!!!

Jarrow is a trusted brand for me. This Vitamin B12 has given me lots more energy. I take it along with L-methylfolate and a low dose of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate) for my MTHFR gene mutation. The price is great too! I found that I need to take this B12 in the morning because it energizes me and I cannot fall asleep in the evening if I take it too late in the day. Good stuff!

I always seemed to to run out of energy but lunch time even though I try to eat nutrition foods. I started to take the Sublingual B-12 first in the morning which is 1000 mcg( not very tasty) before starting my morning and took 2 tabs during the day.. After a few days, I started to notice that I had actually stopped yawning at working and felt kind of supercharged during the day not even feeling hungry sometimes. I used to drink at least 3 cups of coffee by the time I got to work and another 3 at least during the day. Now, i have at least 2 cups for the whole day and even really dont need anymore during the day. Now, I do not know how B-12 will affect everyone else, but its worth the effort for me. Besides, B-12 is great for overall well being of the body

I had a B12 deficiency and was looking to increase my intake. I started doing research, and this type of B12 is supposed to be the most readily absorbed. B12 is water soluble, so I am concerned about getting the increased intake that I lack and need (I am a pescetarian and do not eat meat, except fish and seafood, infrequently). It is chewable/sublingual and has a decent taste. It is the most cost effective I have seen of this type of B12 (Methyl B12). I recommend! :)

I noticed the difference from theses compared to the B12 plus folic acid forlmula Id stick more to there forlmula b12 rather then b12 by its self

Lemon does not really taste like anything but chalk. I would not call this a lozenge either - it won’t dissolve under the tongue. I tried it because the one I have ordered for years was unavailable. It’s okay.
