> 3 dayThe benefits from this vitamin is difficult to maintain in seniors. I read that sublingual tablets were the way to go, taking them like you would any supplement or medicine that you chew. I can not say enough about the benefits of this sublingual tablet. My 80+ year old husband no longer sleeps away his day in a recliner. I do also give him additional (2) drinkable tablets. I began these subliqual tablets along with the supplemental and my lab test measured B12 off the charts. So I cut back on the other tablets, actually to 1/2 a day. I guess I have to find out how to take just the sublingual.

> 3 dayI received it quickly and it’s a great product. The only exception is that I ordered the lozenges and received chewable tables. The lozenges absorb better and are not as hard on your liver/kidneys/gut. But I will definitely order from them again.

> 3 dayI wanted to really like this product as it has high reviews and was referred by a Facebook for low b12 levels. I took one 1,000mg every other day, too strong. Cut it down to 250mg everyday then every other day and still too strong. It gave me heart palpitations even days after I stopped taking them. Couldn’t sleep easily either. I already have good energy with my vitamin d and magnesium so the energy this gave was too much. Gave me the sensation like I drank several energy drinks. It’s been days and still haven’t fully gotten rid of the sensation on my chest.

Greater than one weekI was looking for a B12 that I could actually use and notice a difference. Well, I noticed the difference in a matter of a couple days. Sooner really! I dont even need my pot of coffee in the morning. I am not down to a cup of coffee. I was recommended to get B12 after a blood panel showed I was deficient and this is better than the last one and I thought it was good. This is superior!

> 3 dayI was having issues with tingling, numbness, cramping and pain in feet and calves (I think technical term is peripheral neuropathy). My dr tested Vitb12 levels and found that they were low at 347 (ideal number is between 400-1,100) and recommended I take sublingual methyl b12 1,000mcg. Ive noticed quite an improvement in symptoms after just a few months of daily supplementation. Symptoms arent 100% gone but really have improved so much. I highly recommend Jarrows b12. update 5/14/2015 After taking one a day sublingually for 4+ months, my follow up lab results show that my B12 levels are now at 658. 1,000 mcg is the perfect dosage for me and my dr. is happy with these newest lab results

> 3 dayLemon does not really taste like anything but chalk. I would not call this a lozenge either - it won’t dissolve under the tongue. I tried it because the one I have ordered for years was unavailable. It’s okay.

> 3 dayJust before this I was using another B12 supplement which was not chewable. I felt no improvement in my energy levels. I was still feeling weak after a short workout (thats when I started taking them as my B12 were alarmingly low). Even after 4 months of use, improvement was negligible. I switched to this chewable tablet option and in a month I see myself back to normal and can workout as I used to about a year ago. I dont know why are the swallowing tablets even sold at all. They arent effective when it comes to B12 vitamin. It has to be taken through tongue as even doctor advised. My 2 cents that we should always go for chewable option for B12. And this one works like a charm. After about an year of struggle and stress on why I am so weak, I now finally feel great again!

Greater than one weekIt may be placebo, but I really do feel a difference with these. I have noticed that my pee doesnt turn a neon yellow which makes me feel like the vitamin B is actually being absorbed, but that could be faulty logic (maybe its the niacin in other brands that does that.) I put the lozenge under my tongue and it takes about 50 minutes to dissolve. It leaves behind an odd mush, which isnt the most pleasant thing in the world, but its not horrendous. Id like to see the lozenge be a bit more dissolve friendly, but for price paid and results, or lack there of (ie no violent diarrhea, stomach aches) I will call it a good bargain.
