After finding out about different Gene mutations I decided to delve deeper into vitamin therapy and what my mixed up body needs. Switching from a standard multi to specialized single vitamins did the trick! Adding methyl to B vitamins is absolutely the way I needed to go, it did take about 10days to feel the greatest effect but it was definitely worth the wait. No side effects or belly upset, and this brand is priced great for the quality

I found the pills very hard to chew. I grind them up so I dont really taste them. Because of the sickness going around the world I cant go to my Dr for a B 12 shot so I have been using these instead.

These contain xylitol and I dont want this or other artificial sweeteners in any of my supplements. (sigh) Many people, especially those who are dealing with illness simply cannot tolerate all these artificial ingredients (reactions, etc.) I know I speak for so many with illnesses who are desperate for a pure vitamin without artificial sweeteners or artificial ingredients or the natural things like food grade rubber, wood, citric acid from black mold or GMO corn, etc. and the list goes on, included in it. Why not carry a line thats free of xylitol, etc. Many cannot absorb B12 and have to supplement. Its a shame because Methyl B12 is the preferred and natural form but due to the xylitol, citric acid, etc. added I wont be buying anymore. I dont need or want a vitamin that tastes like candy, I just want the healthiest, safest form of vitamin. So another bottle to throw away, but use caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, its in chewing gum, mints etc. so I wouldnt want to leave it out anywhere a pet could have access to it. A few pieces of xylitol in gum can kill a dog and that also depends on how much is in it etc. We all need to let these companies know they are doing a good job when they make a pure form of a supplement, but why not carry a line for people who are concerned, informed, people looking for purity in supplements, autoimmune disease, undiagnosed illness, digestive issues, allergies, etc about the extra added ingredients and offer us a line without all the artificial ingredients please. Thank you.

I received it quickly and it’s a great product. The only exception is that I ordered the lozenges and received chewable tables. The lozenges absorb better and are not as hard on your liver/kidneys/gut. But I will definitely order from them again.

My B12 levels were off. After 4 days of taking this I felt 100% better!! I highly recommend this brand!

I wanted to really like this product as it has high reviews and was referred by a Facebook for low b12 levels. I took one 1,000mg every other day, too strong. Cut it down to 250mg everyday then every other day and still too strong. It gave me heart palpitations even days after I stopped taking them. Couldn’t sleep easily either. I already have good energy with my vitamin d and magnesium so the energy this gave was too much. Gave me the sensation like I drank several energy drinks. It’s been days and still haven’t fully gotten rid of the sensation on my chest.

These seem to work better than the regular B-12 sublinguals Ive been getting from Walmart forever. As well, I have been taking B-100 which has B12 in it also for years. Before taking this Methyl B-12 I had blood work done for B12 for many other health issues Im trying to resolve. I had that day taken the regular B12, which I informed them of, and it is like a 2500 dose, so of course my blood levels of B12 were high. They do not test specifically as far as I can tell. BUT, what I have only just now begun to notice. after taking This methyl B12 for the first time, is that the white moons at the nail bed base are starting to form on my thumbs................AND other fingernails! I find this totally amazing...... Ive had issues with energy since I was a kid and started taking B12 shots in my teens then off and on for Years since then; as well taken the B-Complete suppliments and B12 sublinguals -including the liquid sublinguals- for Many years.... and I have NEVER had the moons on my other fingernail beds.... I even thought that they were Only supposed to be on the thumbs and little to none showing was Normal. Now I have read what the moons mean as far as health and vitamin enrichment/presence in the body, so this is relative to me. Ive Never ever had the moons on other fingernail beds, and the thumb ones were always very small and not very contrasting. NOW, they are growing larger, much larger, and also in bright contrast to the rest of the nail, and Again, are starting to show in the other nailbeds as well! I find this happening to be the most tell-tell sign that this form of B12 is superior to the others that I have used for years, and that even show in my bloodwork, but never made this change. Because of all the other health issues I suffer, I cannot say for sure about the energy levels and mental improvements that may occur using this. Also, Ive never eaten meat daily, but I do eat it weekly, so not sure what difference that makes. But, I am hoping for the best and will continue to use the Methyl B-12 from now on. Why only 3 stars???? This pill is gargantuan. Its very uncomfortable under the tongue because of its size and edges scraping... .as well, it takes Forever, like Two Hours to not quite completely dissolve under the tongue. Im not sure about that being good for my skin under there nor my teeth, and of course, it just sucks. So.... that makes it unfriendly to me, a dread. I will be searching for other ways to get the Methyl B12 that might work better in application, but until I do, Ill continue to this one.

I take this B-12 supplement a few times a week. I am a semi vegetarian and was told to supplement with B-12. I do feel an energy boost from it but not a jitter kind of energy, more like a I wanna go do something kind of energy. My husband also takes this and has said the same thing. A gentle energy boost. No negative side effects at all from either of us. We are both productive during the day and we both sleep great at night. If this review has helped you at all please let me know. Thanks!

the information ive read about sublingual B12 came down to two key points: 1. Methyl-B12 is the form you want for absorption 2. it needs to be dissolving in your mouth for 45 to 90 minutes i was using some tiny B12 pills and couldnt get more than 30 minutes out of them. these are larger, probably a little larger than an aspirin but not so large as to make them hard to use. i put them between my upper lip and gum because under the tongue is not comfortable for me. they are taking around 2 hours to dissolve. thats a little long, but ill take it. i expect that it would be about 1 hour under the tongue for me. pleasant subtle lemon flavor and slightly sweet. not exactly sure what makes them a lozenge vs. a pill. i guess its the fact that they are intended to dissolve in the mouth vs. swallowing them.
