> 3 dayI purchased this to correct a b12 deficiency due to a strict vegetarian diet. I was suffering from fatigue, depression, sore tongue, fragile gums, cracked lips, and pounds that wouldnt drop. Within one dose I felt an instant mood boost and energy jolt. After taking it daily for over a month, all of my symptoms are resolved. Im energetic and smiling again. My anxiety has seen a modest reduction. And Im losing a pound a week with little effort. If I miss a dose, I can tell. Obviously I had an acute deficiency so the average person shouldnt expect results as dramatic as mine. But its clearly effective at its purpose, and also tastes good. Tip: dont chew it, just push it as far back undo your tongue as possible and let it dissolve slowly.

> 3 dayI have been using these B-12 supplements for quite some time and I can tell you they are really awesome! They taste like pink lemonade and they dont have all the sugar and junk that other flavored B-12 supplements have. Top notch quality & taste! They really work. I have to be on high levels of vitamin B-12 so I use these in conjuction with their B-12 500 supplements and an organic B enzyme complex. I try to always choose all natural products without all the chemical additives. I truly hope this helps. If this review is helpful to you, please click yes so it can be helpful to others as well. Thank you so much for reading!

> 3 dayMy doctor told me to start taking b12 because it was low and I decided to try this one. It’s affordable and tastes good and it works! My b12 in November 2020 was 246 and it went up to 559 in January 2021 while I was taking these pills

Greater than one weekI have used only one bottle of 100 lozenges so far but I am satisfied with the price, the quality of the B12, the taste and the life of the product in use. The only drawback is that they tend to take a long time to dissolve under my tongue and when they do, they are grainy at the end. That is a drawback, but not a problem for me. They are almost tasteless also, which I believe is good (supposed to be lemon flavored, but I cant taste it for the most part - that is fine with me). I bought several bottles of them - Ill update if they dont keep. I had tried another brand and found that they took on moisture in an area like Houston, TX with high humidity. These do not seem to be bothered as much because they dont dissolve as rapidly as the others (although I havent been to Houston since I got them). My switch, however, was a good move I believe. These are also half the price, though they are 4 times as large in size as the other brand.

Greater than one weekWe havent been taking these for very long, about a week and a half. Thats kind of the beauty of it, I can already tell a difference. We took extra of these on our road trip along with our regular vitamins to help keep our energy up. They worked great! This brand was recommended to me by my best friend who is an avid supplement user and researcher. They were recommended to her by her regular doc and also by her brother who is a doc. The price point is spectacular which is the icing on the cake. I have taken other B-12 supplements in the past but none have had such a fast response. I plan to keep re-buying these and I would recommend them.

> 3 dayI did feel more energized while taking this. I also got great rest at night, which I dont normally. I didnt like the fact that I was constantly hungry and lost weight quickly. I dont need nor want to lose any weight. I then have them to a friend and he said it was the same for him, but he was trying to lose some belly fat. He said he was losing weight too quick. They say this is not a diet pill and it does not make you lose weight. Well it definitely speeds up your metabolism a lot. I already have a fast metabolism, so this is not for me.

> 3 dayThese contain xylitol and I dont want this or other artificial sweeteners in any of my supplements. (sigh) Many people, especially those who are dealing with illness simply cannot tolerate all these artificial ingredients (reactions, etc.) I know I speak for so many with illnesses who are desperate for a pure vitamin without artificial sweeteners or artificial ingredients or the natural things like food grade rubber, wood, citric acid from black mold or GMO corn, etc. and the list goes on, included in it. Why not carry a line thats free of xylitol, etc. Many cannot absorb B12 and have to supplement. Its a shame because Methyl B12 is the preferred and natural form but due to the xylitol, citric acid, etc. added I wont be buying anymore. I dont need or want a vitamin that tastes like candy, I just want the healthiest, safest form of vitamin. So another bottle to throw away, but use caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, its in chewing gum, mints etc. so I wouldnt want to leave it out anywhere a pet could have access to it. A few pieces of xylitol in gum can kill a dog and that also depends on how much is in it etc. We all need to let these companies know they are doing a good job when they make a pure form of a supplement, but why not carry a line for people who are concerned, informed, people looking for purity in supplements, autoimmune disease, undiagnosed illness, digestive issues, allergies, etc about the extra added ingredients and offer us a line without all the artificial ingredients please. Thank you.

> 3 dayI’ll start off with saying I like the chew ability of this vitamin, I have been taking meds my whole life and constantly get pills stuck thank god no need for that anymore. I do find that they lack that lemon zing you would look for, heck I couldn’t detect lemon at all.
