Found my un-labeled cable wire in 10 seconds. FIVE stars for that. Took away one star because there were no instructions related on how to insert the AAA battery i.e. which side is positive or negative.

I purchased this tester to identify all of the coax cables running through my house. This tool was very easy to use. There is virtually no set up, just place tester on one end of the cable, then place the speaker on the other. Once you hear the tone, you have a match. This tester even worked on cables without the connectors on them! Well worth the cost considering how easy this made my job

This tool was a life saver. Bought a RV that had a old satilite system in with unmarked coax cables everywhere. With this tool it took about 15 min. to figure out the problem.
