Great product. Purchased this as a back up for my other one. A must for every cable and satellite professional. Especially when dealing with spider webs

Lasted under a year before stopping completely. Not impressed.

Worked well until toner (speaker unit) stopped working during cable checks (no tone from unit or light on tester) third time using tester ... fresh battery (tested good) along with good voltage from tester unit.

Great tool

If you need to trace an RF cable (for cable or satellite TV) you just hook half of this up to one end of the cable, and when you find the right cable, by touching the other end to it, it beeps. Very simple to use.

My multiple unit Ham Radio/Scanner bench grew radio by radio until the cables in the rear became a real mess. Access to the cables is done by laying on my back and working up into a wiring space behind the bench with a headlamp. Most of the time was spent pulling/locating cables and expanding my cussing vocabulary.

worked really well to help me chase down the wiring in a house we just bought and figure out that there was a short in one of the runs.
