Great for small connectors and fine wires. Just have a worth while solder device...and not something from a discount store that only gets warm and doesnt heat.

This is some really clean flowing solder. Ive been doing microminiature electronics work for several years and have a few schools under my belt to prove it, but this solder has to be the cleanest flowing solder I have ever had the pleasure of using. It helps to make quick work of solder joints so you should not have to spend too much time applying heat to high traffic areas. I believe this solder would definitely lessen your chances of measling the circuit board or damaging any non-metallic shielding.

With regular 60/40 solder, the solder undergoes a plastic period where its not entirely a liquid and not entirely a hard solid. If you bump or wiggle the joint in this plastic period, it ruins the joint. Save yourself the hassle by just getting this formulation which more or less eliminates the issue. Bump to your hearts content.

Best solder on the market for both general soldering projects and also small detailed electronics.

Use it when soldering flight control boards on RC aircraft.

Great for soldering on printed circuit boards. Finished projects required very little cleaning. For non-PCB soldering, I still prefer old-fashion regular rosin-core solder for its ease of flow. All Kester solders are great quality products.

This is a really easy solder to use, its now my preffered one for repairs etc...
