Bought this two months ago worked great. Then for no reason it keep loosing connection. Worked great when it dint loose connection. Night vision is good an sound quality. This company solved my problem. Thanks.

The first purchase, the speaker broke on the first day. Weird, maybe it was a fluke. What was interesting is my replacement came in an entirely different box. The first box, it came in a cardboard box with black and white lettering. The replacement came in a pretty, very shiny colored box. Even the chargers are different. The two units were sent only 2 days apart. Weird! Was the first unit refurbished? Maybe an older generation? I hope the new unit last because its everything I love in a baby monitor.

This was so easy to set up. The picture, sound, control are so easy and perfect. Now I dont have to run into my grandsons room every two minuets to check on him. I havent had time to check out the night vision or battery life yet, but its not perfect Ill update.

It was a great baby monitor until 7 months later it will no longer charge…

Been using this monitor for a couple months now and it’s working fine so far. Once in awhile the “waiting for connection” screen will pop up even though the monitor is at the same spot it always is but I’ll just move it a few inches and it goes away. But it doesn’t happen enough to call it a problem (unlike the monitor I used prior to this one). The screen is very clear for day and night. Happy with this baby monitor. Glad I returned the other one and got this one.

Worked great for 10 months until the unit stopped charging.

This monitor is great! I love the convenience of it. The battery lasts a long time, so you don’t have to keep the receiver plugged in all the time. We use it during nap time, overnight, as well as when we have a babysitter. We have another camera that has an app where we can view our baby from our phones, and this picture quality is much better. My only problem with it, is as you can see in my picture, it says “waiting for a connection” several times a day. I contacted the company and they gave great instruction. We have a larger, open home, so the problem may be that the receiver and monitor are too far away from each other (even though there aren’t more than two walls between them).

Super easy to use and the video quality is very nice. I can now work from home with peace of mind! -Alex

Before purchasing this camera, I searched online for what I was looking for and in the results this particular camera was one of the ones that came up. It had all the features I was looking for, such a night vision, great battery life and not having to use WiFi to use the camera, as this was being purchased for a travel camera and WiFi night not always be available. Despite being the perfect camera for us, it was one of the most reasonably priced. Other great features, are being about to pinch & zoom, as well as being able to move the camera view from the camera, instead of having to go in the babys room. We couldnt be happier.

This camera has been awesome! My 2 year old has started having night terrors and this has helped me be able to see him at night to know if hes sleeping or actually awake. I highly recommend this camera! It is a very very very good deal for the price.
