Purchased this to use on trips, since it was on a great sale. It was easily set up in minutes and worked perfectly! The picture quality was great, even in the dark. The sound was flawless and it was nice to be able to set this directly on a shelf, chair, or table and have the ability to pan and zoom the camera from the hand-held monitor for a good angle. I would definitely recommend this unit for daily home use or travel. Just be aware that it needs to be connected to WIFI in order to function, so if using for travel that does limit its usability.

Works well only downside you can not buy a cord to it and after about 6 months the one that comes with it breaks and will not charge the hand held monitor any more.

We purchased it about 6months ago. It was easy to use and very helpful to monitor the baby. However, the remote battery went dead and we were left with camera. It became basically useless by itself because it cannot be configured to be a normal WiFi camera or so due to its software.

UPDATED REVIEW: customer service reached out to me and I was sent a new monitor that works great. It paired to my original camera just fine. It charges and stays charged a decent amount of time. I appreciated the quick and helpful reponse from customer service. They want their customers happy with their products. From my understanding they have updated the monitors and the imperfections have been fixed. Thanks! Worked great up until last weekend. The monitor wont turn on anymore. Ive had it on the charger for a full afternoon and it stayed on red when it should have been full battery by then. Sucks because I use it all the time. Ill have to find something else to use. I can no longer contact their support (or I just cant figure it out) due to past the 90 day policy

I bought this for my elderly father-in-law on hospice we are taking care of him, and with this Little monitor we can keep an eye out at all times.

I have been using this product for about 9 months now, and it has been great to monitor from our bedroom to the nursery. The product did have issues, and customer support was able to send a new unit at no cost after trying to trouble shoot. Within 3 days, we had a new monitor and after testing it for a couple of weeks now, no issues and runs great. We wanted a non-wifi camera, because Wifi takes hits and our experience wasnt always the most reliable or constantly needed troubleshooting. Would buy again if needed to

Love this monitor! The picture is clear and it allows you to adjust angles really easily to get the best view of your little one. So simple to use!

I had a issue with the one I received but the company was very fast and very polite they helped me right away with a replacement. Great company with great customer service

Even works decently on opposite sides of a 4,000 SQFT house on different floors. Obviously the 1,000 foot distance range is only in open space which is unrealistic. Aside from the night vision and the ability to remotely adjust the camera which are great, it even has features like a light indicator on top of the monitor showing the sound level. So you can see if and how loud your baby is crying even with the sound off. Also love the temperature moniter to know if babys room is getting hot or cold.
